A Benefit for:
Healthy Beginnings works to raise community awareness of prevention services in Central Oregon.Our goal is to improve the lives of young children in our community. Through this effort we have
developed a gala benefit event called Girls Night Out. This year we are holding the event onFriday September 24th at Club Carrera, on the Carrera Motors Campus, and we anticipate more than 20
vendors with over 150 guests in attendance.
We are inviting you to become a community partner and assist us with this effort. All proceeds will
support expanding our service to more local children and families in Deschutes County. This is our 6th
year and we invite you to become involved. Sponsorship levels and benefits are described below:
Diamond Sponsors ($500 Donation) Receive:Four Complementary Guest Passes
Name and logo on event poster
Name and logo on promotional material given out at the event
Name and logo on signage at event site
Recognition in Healthy Beginnings newsletter
Recognition in social media advertising for the event
Recognition in sponsor thank you after the event
Ruby Sponsors ($250 Donation) Receive:Two Complementary Guest Passes
Name only on event posterName only promotional material given out at the event
Name only on signage at event site
Recognition in Healthy Beginnings newsletter
Recognition in sponsor thank you advertisement after the event
Pearl Sponsors ($100 Donation) Receive:One Complementary Guest Pass
Name only promotional material given out at the event

Donations can be made in way of Media Sponsorship or by providing Silent AuctionItems (complementary guest passes do not apply).
All sponsors are invited and encouraged to provide product or service informationfor inclusion in the Event Bags.
