GMD Consultants

GMD Consultants is a Mumbai (India) based company providing value added solutions for

Engineering, Design and Project Management required for various projects. The company was

established in 2004 and was formerly known as EiGEN Technical Services Pvt Ltd (Infrastructure)

which has been renamed as GMD consultants since February, 2011. Our main area of expertise

includes Roads, Highways, Bridges, Townships/Industrial Projects (on Turnkey basis including

Detailed Designing, Infrastructure-Roads, Storm Water Drainage, Water Supply, Sewage, Solid

Waste Management, Complete Project Management up to Commissioning), Detail Engineering, Pre-

Tender Study and Traffic & Transportation Study of infrastructure projects. We use latest software for

design and modeling which provide us cutting edge in terms of accuracy, conformity to requirement,

quality of output and efficiency.

We have successfully completed many Detailed Engineering projects including highways, Pre-Bidassignments for DBFOT projects, Detailed Design on Turnkey basis for Township, Transportation

Planning Assignment and Traffic Studies.

Detailed Engineering Design (DPR) of highways, bridges, flyovers and other infrastructureelements

Detailed Engineering Design on Turnkey basis starting from Topographical Survey up toCommissioning of Township/Industrial Projects – Including Soil Investigations, DetailedDesign of all type of Structural, Foundations, Roads, Storm Water Drainage, Water Supply,Sewage, Solid Waste Management;

Project Management Consultancy starting from Quantity Survey preparation of BOQ,identification of suitable Contractors, preparation of tenders, helping in awarding tendersthereafter helping client in timely completion of quality works;

Transportation Planning and Traffic Studies for Highways, Townships and Parking;

Pre-Bid services for DFBOT (NHAI & State Highway Projects) and other BOT infrastructureprojects like terminals, logistic parks etc including costing, revenue and financial model;

GMD is a process based organization which have inbuilt quality systems for all activities. It has three

tier quality systems with checks and audits at interfaces. At GMD we thrive for value based design

solutions. We use latest state of art technology in terms of software; best practices etc so as to arrive

at most optimized design solution.




GMD Consultants

Designs are checked through 3-D modeling and simulation techniques for visualization and clash

detection. This enhances optimization and accuracy of design.
