The company was incorporated in the year 2003 as a Private Limited Company under the Company’s Act 1956.The company is engaged in the manufacturing of various external dosage forms viz. Skin Care Creams, Ointments, Lotions, and Mouthwash.

  The plant is located at Plot No.  345/346, Mahagujarat Ind. Estate, Moraiya Changodar, Tal. Sanand, Ahmedabad. The area holds full facility for transportation, electricity and the availability

The plant is located at Plot No.345/346, Mahagujarat md. Estate, Moraiya, Changodar, Tal. SANAND, Dist. Ahmedabad-382 213. The location of the plant is about 15 kms. from the city of Ahmedabad. The area has full facility of transportation, electricity and availability of man power.

    Nature Of Construction

The area of the plot is about 6000 sq. mt. There are internal roads on two sides of the plot.One side of the plot is having open plot and the other side has a cosmetic manufacturing company.The Factory premises has R.C.C. structure with Brick walls. The false ceiling is of Gypsum Board. The part of the first floor is covered by cement sheets supported by Iron trus. The internal wall surfaces including ceilings have smooth finish. The internal walls have been painted with Synthetic Acrylic paint which facilitates easy cleaning.

    Ventilation

All the manufacturing areas are equipped with Air Handling Units(A.H.U) with 10 micron and 5 micron filters. Room temperatures are maintained at 25 C +1- 2C. Each room has its own separate A.H.U. System to avoid cross contamination. The A.H.U. System is equipped with dehumidifier in some critical areas.

    Water System And Sanitation The company has its own overhead tanks to store raw water supplied by Industrial Estate. The raw water is treated before it is used in any production process. The D.M. water is to be filtered through 10 micron and 5 micron filters and subjected to U.V. treatment.The storage and transfer system of D.M. water has been made out of S .S. 316 quality material.The samples of water are taken at various points.

All waste water including the sanitary water is treated in a Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P.) The treated water generated after E.T.P. processing is being used for gardening.There are S.O.Ps for cleaning all manufacturing, packing and Store areas and Equipment.The S.O.Ps stipulate frequency of cleaning, responsibility for Cleaning, steps to be followed in cleaning, the devices to be used, cleaning agent to be used and the acceptance criteria to confirm that the cleaning operation is complete. The cleaning methods are validated periodically.

    Maintenance of the Premises

The premises are examined thoroughly by external civil agency and their suggestions are followed. The premises are painted internally once every two years. The external walls are painted once every two years. The roofs are examined thoroughly before the monsoon to check the probable spores of water leakage. Water proofing will be done before the onset of monsoon.There will be a contract for carrying out pest control treatment once in a year. The S.O.P. are prepared for the preventive maintenance of the premises and records are maintained for the preventive maintenance carried out.

    Equipments

All the equipments in production and quality control laboratory are of standard quality and of reputed make. There are S.O.P. stipulating the frequency of preventive maintenance, person responsible and the procedure to be followed for preventive maintenance in case of each equipment. Preventive maintenance will be carried out as per the S.O.P. and records thereof.
