How it works…
Each amoCRM account is assigned a specific email
address (found in Account Settings)
CC (or BCC) to that address for email integration
Emails will be visible in individual contact cards & the
dashboard
If a message is sent to an email not found in
amoCRM, it will be stored in the system for 30 days
waiting for the new contact to be added.
If a new contact with that email address is not created
within 30 days, the email will not be visible in the
amoCRM system.
In amoCRM
This is your assigned email
integration address
Copy your assigned email integration address.
In Gmail
Paste your assigned amoCRM
email integration address
In Gmail, Click
>Settings>Forwarding and
POP/IMAP. Then paste your
amoCRM email address into the
Forwarding section.
A Gmail verification email will then be sent to amoCRM.
In amoCRM
Click here to find the Gmail verification
email, and click the link to confirm
forwarding.
