Description
This collection consists of over 500 trade catalogs that were requested bythe Glover Machine Works during the course of their business operationsbetween 1890 and 1960. The collection contains catalogs, price lists,circulars and special advertisements from some of America’s most well-known companies including the Niles Tool Company, The American ToolWorks Company, Westinghouse, General Electric, Brown & Sharpe, AllisChalmers and Pratt and Whitney. Subjects include industrial machinery,hand tools, locomotives, welding equipment and power tools. Thecollection also contains catalogs produced by the Glover Machine Worksthat promote their non-locomotive products.
