What GlobalMeet Web Can Do For up to 125 participants, you can share your desktop, upload and share documents, record your meetings, access meetings via mobile devices, communicate via webcam, and much more!

Schedule and Manage Your Meetings with GlobalMeet Toolbar for Outlook

1. Schedule Use the GlobalMeet Outlook toolbar to schedule your

meeting or instantly launch a meeting.

NOTE: If you are not using GlobalMeet Outlook toolbar simply copy

and paste the meeting room URL in your invitation to attendees.

In Outlook 2007, it displays below your Outlook toolbar

In Outlook 2010, it displays below your Outlook toolbar

1. Confi rm your meeting room URL. In your welcome email from PGi, you will fi nd your GlobalMeet dedicated meeting room link, such as https://acme.globalmeet/john.

2. Download the GlobalMeet Access Tools for Outlook and your Desktop. You will need your Client ID and web password from your PGi welcome email. Visit https:www.globalmeet.com/tools to download.

3. Download GlobalMeet to your mobile devicefor easy access to you meetings. Visit https://www.globalmeet.com/tools.

BEFORE YOUR MEETING

2. Enter Your Meeting To start a meeting using your own GlobalMeet

account, click Start My Meeting from the Desktop App. If someone is waiting in your meeting, this link says ENTER MY MEETING.

3. Connect Audio Once inside your GlobalMeet web room, the Connect

Me feature window will appear on your screen. Just enter your phone number to have GlobalMeet call you back instantly. Your attendees can join the same way. GlobalMeet will remember your number from

meeting to meeting.

Schedule and Manage Your Meetings with with GlobalMeet Desktop

1. Schedule You can schedule a meeting and have GlobalMeet send

an email invitation. Just enter the date and time of your meeting and your guests’ email addresses. GlobalMeet sends everyone a meeting invitation that includes the meeting URL and dial-in information for your meeting.

Step 1. On your desktop app, select Schedule Meeting.

Step 2. Enter the email addresses of your guests and a meeting subject, and then use the calendar to select the meeting date and the start and end times for your

meeting.

Step 3. Click Create Invite.

NOTE: If you are not using GlobalMeet Outlook toolbar simply copy

and paste the meeting room URL in your invitation to attendees.

Add the meeting to your calendar The meeting invitation includes an iCalendar attachment. To add the meeting to your calendar, open the invitation and then click or tap the attachment (depends on your mail and calendar programs).

2. Enter Your MeetingTo start a meeting using your own GlobalMeet account, click Start My Meeting from the Desktop App. If someone is waiting in your meeting, this link says ENTER MY MEETING.

Interact With Your ParticipantsUse the GlobalMeet web interface to share documents, share your screen, or use your webcam. Try using the Q&A or Polling features to keep your attendees engaged.

Share a FileAllows the Presenter to upload a PowerPoint or PDF, Word, Excel, .jpg or.png, or click to open a PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel, .jpg or.png from the list of previously loaded documents if shared before.

1. Click the Share a File icon.2. Click Add File then click Browse to open your

computer fi les and open the desired fi le for upload.3. Or, click to open a fi le from the list of previously loaded

documents if shared before.

RecordingHosts can record the audio and web together with a clickof a button.

1. Click the record button in the Meeting Panel.2. Enter a name for the recording and click record.

All participants will hear “This meeting is now being recorded”. Host and Participants will notice the record button is now glowing to indicate the recording is on.

3. To download or share your recording start your GlobalMeet Web room and check your File Library.

NOTE: Depending on the size of your recording it may

take up to 24 hours for the fi le to appear.

WebcamUp to 125 webcams can be activated per meeting.

1. Click the camera icon in the WebCam panel. Click ‘allow’ if your security asks for access. The meeting camera shows the active speaker’s video. Allow Picture-In-Picture to see your video as well as the active speaker.

DownloadsGo to www.globalmeet.com/tools to download mobility apps for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Outlook toolbar, Desktop App (for non-Outlook users) to host or join your GlobalMeet web session while on the go.

Share My ScreenAllows the Host or Presenter to share their desktop or specifi c application

1. If sharing multiple documents, your desktop or an application, click Share My Screen from the host Home Screen or Screen Share from the GlobalMeet menu bar.

2. You will then click Share My Screen- Monitor 1 to share your desktop, or another application by clicking from the list of applications already opened on your computer.

3. When sharing your desktop, you will notice a bar at the top of your screen. This indicates participants are viewing your desktop.

Promoting a Participant1. Click the More Options button next to the name of the

participant you want to promote.2. Click Promote. This will place a (P) next to their name

to denote they are now at Presenter level.
