“GLOBAL WIRELESS E-VOTING”

In this the machine is made intelligent which can determine the eligibility of the voter by scanning the eye pattern.

Also the vote count is not kept into the same machine itself instead of it is stored in the remote server by converting it into radio waves.

Page 5: Global wireless E-voting

In a present system each and every section is given a electronic machine which stores the votes of the people.

Control of present system is given to the in-charge officer who check the eligibility of the candidates for voting.

DISADVANTAGE OF THE PRESENT SYSTEM

Eligibility of a candidate is not recognized.

Corrupted Officers may increase the count of the voting.

Technical problems with the machines, leads to re-election.

Status of the machines may be changed.

Not cost effective. Lot of manpower required.

Voting takes place only at the place where the voting machine is present.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

Called as E-Voting System.

Use of a Remote Secured System for storage of votes.

An electronic circuit is used which enable the voter to vote and transfer this vote to the remote system by converting it into radio waves through mobile towers.

Automatic Eligibility Detection.

Eligibility is checked by retina scanner.

The Eye Retina Scanner can be a simple web cam or a device which can capture the image effectively. The capture image will be represented in the form of a matrix where each pixel represents 24-bit(RGB,8+8+8 format).

This is an electronic Kit which converts the input digital signals such as,

(retina pattern

secure bits)

to radio waves.

WORKING OF WHOLE SYSTEMWhenever a voter is enters into the voting booth, he will

be instructed to directly look at the Retina Scanning Machine and the machine scans his retina(Eye pattern).

Once the retina scanning properly confirmed, then the voter is made to vote.

Now the whole data including the retina pattern is sent to the interfacing Device which convert s it into radio waves and these radio waves are sent to the mobile tower.

And then the remote server , where the authentication and voters identification is stored into a secured database.

Page 13: Global wireless E-voting

The received data is first converted into digital format from the radio waves through the interface device kept at the server side, and then the retina pattern, and vote are separated.

Next the retina pattern is matched against they existing database.

If a match is found, then flag is checked which indicates its voting status i.e +ve ack.

This acknowledgement is recognized by the receiver kept at the voter side and machine is made to scan next retina pattern and vote, otherwise if a –veacknowledgement, then an alert alarm is made to ring

Page 15: Global wireless E-voting

SECURITY

Uses key complex Encryption Algorithm

• first it find the length of the string

• Generate random numbers equal to the length of the string

• Adds the corresponding characters from the given string and the random values.

Page 16: Global wireless E-voting

Example of KCE AlgorithmE.g KSHITIJ

A. 8 12 34 4 11 9 26

The ASCII values for KSHITIJ areK S H I T I J

B. 75 83 72 73 84 73 74

Add corresponding A and B values as8+75 12+83 34+72 4+73 11+84 9+73 26+74

83 95 106 77 95 82 100

Page 17: Global wireless E-voting

CONTD……..The corresponding ASCII character for these are:

S _ J M _ R d

The corresponding characters for random values:

x &

EFFICIENCY

Applying Compression Algorithms

Using distributed Operating System environment with multiple servers.

Page 19: Global wireless E-voting

GEOGRAPHICAL PROBLEMIt occurs, where the technical facilities like mobile

tower or internet service is not present.

In this case , we will convert the vote and retina pattern into electrical information.

Then pass it through electrical conductors until we reach the area where the technical facilities like internet or mobile tower is available.

Here the eye scanner will be a typical web camera.

CONCLUSIONProvide high level of security, authentication,

reliability, and corruption-free mechanism.

We can get the results with in a minutes after the completion of voting.

Minimum manpower utilization, hence mechanism is error free.
