global warming the power of you
DESCRIPTION
The bottom line it is coming (if not already here) and we have to figure out what we can do. Waters rising will be a disaster, food will be affected and we gotta plan for catastrophies like katrina. This is gonna hit everyone, not just the poor or the democrats or the catholics--we're all in a heap of trouble and the sooner we accept this FACT. We should put serious effort to overcome the problems due to it. We must try our best to solve the problem and strive as much as possible to reinstate our earth for sake of future generation.TRANSCRIPT
Global warming :The Power of You
We have been given an amazing gift from the god
Earth…..
The greatest gift of all
We have been given the opportunity to live among the earth’s beauty…
• ….and its natural resources
But
Today…...
Much of the world has evolved into a
modern era of………
TECHNOLOGY
INDUSTRIAL GROWTH
Its human population growing exponentially.
Like this….
Or This
Earth has evolved into a…………..
very different place.
We are now faced with a……
Serious Problem !!
That affects
You,
Me,
Our Children…..
Future generations
of people from all over the world
It is called…..
Global Warming
and we are responsible….
What is Global Warming
A general warming effect felt on the Earth’s surface produced by
greenhouse gases.

Nitrous OxideReleased from artificial sail fertilization, the burning of fossil fuel, and livestock manure.
These gases and other air pollution collects in the atmosphere like a thick blanket
trapping the sun’s heat causing the planet to warm…

…….We are sending greenhouse gases into the environment.
when our massive and ever-increasing population performs these daily functions,
electricity used.
Electricity comes from power plant
Which produce greenhouse gases.
also, consider this….
There are countless greenhouse gases producing factories around the world that make the things…..

We buy and use everyday
All the trash send to landfills around the
world produce greenhouse gases
It is important to know the greenhouse effect is necessary. without it, the earth would not be warm enough for humans to live
However……
If we continue to increase the amount of greenhouse gases into
the atmosphere…..
If we continue to increase the amount of greenhouse gases into

the earth’s temperature will likely continue to grow warmer

Reading-Learn about the environment.
Discussing global warming with family and friends.
Use less energy and reduce air pollution by carpooling.
Save energy by taking the bus, riding a bike or walking.
Planting trees absorbs carbon dioxide, a
greenhouse gases, from the air
Recycling cans, bottles, plastic bags, and newspaper send less trash to landfills saving
natural resources.
Buy recyclable products. They are usually made out of things that have already been
used. Look for the recycle symbol.
Consider solar energy-energy that comes from the sun. Solar energy
can be used to heat homes, buildings, and to make electricity.
Consider environmentally friendlier cars. Some cars are better for the environment travelling longer on smaller
amounts of gasoline or alternative sources of fuel.
Encourage our political and business leaders to be stronger
supporters of environmental issues promoting new, innovative
solutions.

Conclusion
“if we make small changes now in the way we live, we can avoid huge changes in the future. Scientists, governments and individuals must work together to overcome this threat.”
