* One size fits nobody* Over-managing growth* Top-heavy* Bureaucracy grows by itself* Formal leadership threatens open culture

NetworkDefinition: work reflects a complex environment on various issues in open-ended innovative processes. Informal, by consensus.

Strengths* Relative freedom of initiative* Focused growth -> excellence in specific areas* Tasks prioritize themselves * Focus on core activities* Egalitarian culture
* Fragmentation* Uneven/Organic growth* Lack of leaders/Stress -> bad decisions* Too much work* Who decides what core activities are?* Informal leaders exert disproportionate influence. Lack of critical approach.
