Job Description

1. Before June: Marketing - promote the school as a brand, conduct promo-events etc.

2. After June - teaching (Primary/secondary school 6-15 year) (salary - 235$)

• Creating curriculum for the students. Hence a lot of research and development in order to incorporate newer methods of teaching. The intern needs to have an idea of teaching methods followed around the world.

• Preparing students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with tasks. Confer with parents and guardians and administration to resolve students problems

• Establishing and enforcing rules for behavior and policies and procedures to maintain order among the students - Observe and evaluate childrens performance, behavior, social development.

3. 2 weeks practice with the teacher of Edify. If intern is really great, conducting trainings for other teachers (salary is 300$)

Requirements to EP:

• English teaching - teaching experience is not required

• Spanish, French teaching - teaching experience is preferred

About Hidropar:

• To prepare offers for hydraulics and automation systems and contact customers inside or outside of Turkey.

• To gain the necessary background to be able to work most probably in his/her own country for sales/project engineering on behalf of HKTM.

• Help for establishing relationships with partners and searching for new customers which is working on related sector.

• Preparing report on issues, where we can improve to become more acceptable to international market.

• Identification of Target companies, industries and key stakeholders from CRM and other methods. Conducting market research using a variety of research techniques-telephone, written, online, forum.

• Create the import plans for the company and sustain it for the future good of the business with import & export specialists.
