GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Carrier Integration Solution Overview

2. Carrier Integration Solution Overview – Setting It Up

Key points to note at each stage of the process, to set up the integration for print, pdf print

and non-print solution

1) Refer to Warehouse CCQ (Section 1 of Carrier selection tab) 2) CCQ indicated RAWB as an option however this is not a supported solution; 2) ACSS is considered a “Centiro Value Pack”, which means that usage of this functionality does come at additional run cost.

The Printing solution is the preferred solution for Carrier integration as it minimizes the risk of

data quality issues

1) Subject to the carrier sending the pick up milestones

To use the pdf printing option the Centiro PDF Printing Plug In will need to be installed

4. Carrier Integration Benefits

Carrier Integration enables benefits for our Customers, our Operational Process as

well as in our Billing cycles
