Asset Allocation Recommendations

• According to our analysis, 60%/40% has the highest Sharpe Ratio 0.70, which should be the first priority for the client in terms of the returns per unit risk.

• The client ‘s current asset allocation has no fixed income investment, make the portfolio too aggressive and risky. However, 60%/40% is too conservative.

• Considering the level of risk tolerance (risk-lover) and the age (26), we suggest that Vanguard 2045 be the most appropriate investment for the client
