Abuja Steering Committee Decisions• Decision made

• Rotation of Co-Chairs to be announced in Mexico• Rotation of the Steering Committee members, while ensuring

continuity by mid-June• Expansion of the Steering Committee to 24 members to include

additional members by mid June:• Arab donor• Additional representative from Africa• Additional representative from provider-recipient country• Non-traditional Civil society stakeholders, including trade union• Local Government• Foundations

• Identify regional organizations to support the Steering Committee members going forward.

• A small group to review ways in which to strengthen resourcing
