New Quantum Holdings Pte Ltd (NQH) was founded in Singapore as a holdings company involved in the value-added business activities for commodities ranging from petrochemicals to agricultural products, as well as manufacturing of plastic finish products. NQH also offers high-tech products & services such as authenticating technology for packaging and documents.

PolymerWe are an international trading company that specializes in commodity resins. We work closely with distributors and manufacturers of all plastic products to find consistent and competitive

sources of plastic resin. Our areas of specialization include polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, PVC and PET.

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC)

PVC (Polyvinyl-Chloride) is one of the earliest plastics, and is also one of the most extensively used. It is derived from salt (57%) and oil or gas (43%).

Polypropene (PP) is the 2nd most important plastic. It has excellent heat resistance, resistance to corrosion and good impact and freezing resistance.

PLASTIC ADDITIVES / MASTERBATCHES


RubberOur products are manufactured to worldwide industry standards and batch tested to comply with ISO and other relevant standards by an independent authority.

We always carries unsold, healthy natural and synthetic rubber stocks both afloat (in transit) and in our warehouses. This helps to reduce the delivery time, hence shortening the supply chain.

Our raw latex and field coagulum are acquired fairly in a process determined by free market fundamentals. We estimate growers receive more than 90% of the end product’s value.

Fresh Latex collected from rubber plantation contains only 30 to 40% dry rubber content. The remaining balance are mainly water.

Rubber Compound is an elastic substance which is resilient and tough. It is the basic constituent of the tires used in automotive vehicles, aircraft, and bicycles.

Natural Rubber primarily comprises polyisoprene and is harvested from the milky white latex of a number of species of plants. 90% of the world’s production of natural rubber is harvested from the rubber tree.

SECURITY INK SOLUTION

We produce a wide range of security inks ranging from infrared (IR), invisible (IIS) to termochromic inks. Verification of these inks can be made using a wide range of compact handheld verifiers.

AUTHENTICATION / TRACK AND TRACE PLASTIC PACKAGING

Through NQH subsidiary company TBS Technology Pte Ltd, we provide authentication and track & trace anti-counterfeiting system to commercial organisations such as superbrand

owners to fight the counterfeit products.

We also supply the anti-counterfeiting products and services to government institutions such as currency printing,

import permit, passport, identity card, driving license and certificate to counter-fight the illegal fraud documents crime which is happening daily and globally.

SECURITY LABELS

We customise colour changing tamperproof labels which are extremely thin at approximately 15µ . It is impossible to remove or replace. Other labels include Invisible Image (INI), 3D Animation Hologram and Radio Frequency Identity (RFID).

Innovative Green Education Programme

In October 2012, Sustainable Green Solutions held their first pilot Care For My World programme at Modern Montessori International @ NorthStar in Singapore.

NQH has taken on its shoulder to act social responsibilities towards its participation in society contributions, global environmental conservations and better people lives that add value and benefit to the society.

Care For My World is one of the

solutions designed and produced by Sustainable Green Solutions. It is a new and innovative Green Education Programme that teaches the young and old to Think, Act and Care.

Through learning concepts of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Renew and other Rs (e.g. Repair, Retrieve), they are taught to think and recreate solutions to environment and social challenges in

a fun and collaborative way.

Customers, participants and corporate partners can learn how to safeguard our resources for future generations and create better living for individuals and communities.

Our Past Events

Sustainable Green Solutions co-organised a mini-conference in July 2012

and acted as the mentor for the youth team. It was held in conjunction with

WasteMET Asia 2012 with guest speakers such as Mr Guah Eng Hock, Ms

Tania Ellis and Mr Dirk Hebel. The event was organised by youth for youths,

to raise awareness about waste management as well as a build-up to a

business case competition.

Sustainable Green Solutions organised a Care For My World Mindmap

Art Workshop with 300 primary school students in October 2012. The

programme taught them how to think critically and creatively through

hands-on activities such as handicraft to create solutions out of common

household items or trash. It helped the participants to gain insights into

existing sustainable solutions and inspired them to act responsibly.

Sustainable Green Solutions sponsored oxo-degradable bags for the event

in June 2012 and our CEO, Mr Alan Yeap acted as one of the judges and

mentor for the Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium 2012.

In August 2012, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of

Vietnam visited our partner, P.T. Tirta Marta in Indonesia and studied about

how oxo-degradable and biodegradable bags were implemented and tied

in with the community. Other stakeholders like Indonesia Solid Waste

Association (ISWA) were part of the visit to showcase about our 3Ps model.
