The OPIR is the international strategy headquarters which makes decisions regarding international exchange matters for Kyoto University. Partner Universities and Consortia Kyoto University’s international exchange activities are intended to be mutually beneficial for all participants. We seek to develop multilateral exchanges and provide focused support for exchange activities in specially designated fields.
