Gligor Popovski (Budinarci, Berovo, April

1, 1928 - Skopje, May 14, 2007) is a

Macedonian writer for children, poet, novelist

and translator.

He studied in his native village, then Berovo and Strumica, and finally in Skopje, where he finished school teacher. In 1949 comes into operation in the editorial "Groundbreaking newspaper, first as an illustrator and then as an assistant.

Until retirement in 1988, worked in publishing house "Children's Joy" for NIP "Nova Makedonija", first as editor of Vice pioneer "and later" Razvigor "," Drugarce and Rosica, a few years, and as editor of the publishing activities.
