The E100 half pipe, single skin tipper body is a full Hardox body, complete with a 5mm floor, 4mm sides, headboard and tailboard and an automatic tailboard. The top rail is 5mm and is profiled to ensure its strength. The body comes with a sub-frame as standard. The top lifting ram used increases stability when tipping. The contoured body is designed to optimize material discharge and allows for bulk material centering. The bolt together technology used eliminates the risk of weld fracture and fatigue.

The E100 is supplied into the market with a three year structural warranty on both the body and the tipping gear.

All our Gleeson tipping bodies are finished to the highest standard, each body being shot blasted, primed and finished to either single pack or two pack Polyurethane paint finish. All RAL colours and colour matching are available to our customers.
