OMV Vismara has been active in the flat glass proces-sing machinery sector for about 30 years. The Ita-lian company, based near Milan, northern Italy, is specialized in machinery for drilling, both single- and double bit, horizontal and vertical. past four years, doubled its productive area, and has also set up a permanent show-room where clients have the possibility of seeing OMV Vismara’s machines up and running in a real-life produc-tion area.

COLLABORATION BRINGS RESULTSThanks to collaboration with other companies that manufacture complemen-tary machines to dril-ling and arrissing, OMV Vismara can offer comple-te lines of grinding, drilling and arrissing, also with au-tomatic loaders and unloa-ders, which enable to load the glass, followed by pro-cessing (both vertical and/or horizontal), and then unload the finished glass, also using barcodes. This means having a single con-tact for the entire line – gre-at peace of mind for clients!Thanks to the synergies between the technical offices

With regards to recent achievements, OMV Vismara recently installed a new line in Miami (Florida) and, by the end of this year, a TOP 3300 x 6000 drilling and arising machine with tool changeover and 20 + 20 positions, will be instal-led at one of Italy’s leading glass processors.

COMBINING MACHINERYThe advantages to be obtai-ned from combining a mil-ling and drilling machine with a grinding machine alone are many:
