Project Name Glades County Library Service Through Membership in the Heartland Library Cooperative

Library State Library and Archives of Florida

Project Summary / Program Purpose: This project will enable Glades County to become a part of theHeartland Library Cooperative (HLC), maintaining and strengthening library services to an otherwiseunserved population. This project will make it possible for Heartland Library Cooperative to expandservices to include Glades as a fifth county member and will prevent the loss of library services to Gladesresidents due to the termination of administrative services formerly provided by Charlotte County.
