Sofia who is from Florence, Italy started her career in fashion at the age of twenty when she won adesign position at Gucci. In 2001 Sizzi moved to New York and became a leading accessoriesdesigner for Donna Karan then later Calvin Klein. After leaving Calvin Klein Ms. Sizzi launched her

design consulting firm, Imagina focusing on the luxury market in 2009.

Even though Sofia accomplished a lot in the fashion industry she realized her dream of owning herready-to-wear label by starting Giulietta in 2011. 60s films and leading ladies from that time such asSophia Loren, Charlotte Rampling, Catherine Daneuve, Claudia Cardinale and Monica Vitti are themain inspiration for the label.
