The M.Phil./Pre Ph.D. (Full-time & Part- time) examinations of GITAM Institute of Science
shall commence on 31-07-2015. Detailed time tables are enclosed.
Examination Applications can be downloaded from GITAM website www. gitam.edu
Last date of submission of Applications : 21-07-2015 with late fee : 28-07-2015
Regular Candidates need not pay the examination fee.
Examination Fee for Supplementary Candidates : One subject : Rs. 300/-
Two subjects : Rs. 500/-
Three or more subjects : Rs. 750/-
Late Fee: Rs. 300/- per application.
Fee can be remitted through online challan at any Branch of the Union Bank of India
(available at http : //eweb.gitam.edu/doereceipts).
In case of non-availability of the challan facility, fee can be paid by Demand Draft drawn in
favor of GITAM University, Visakhapatnam on any Nationalized Bank. Name of the Applicant and Regd. No. are to be mentioned on the reverse of the DD/Challan.
