CHARITY FOR LENT TERM - STUDENT MINDS

Mental illness is one of the greatest challenges facing society today. Student Minds believe that universities, as a community setting, present an opportunity to change people’s health outcomes for life. Whilst much progress is being made, there is a lot more to be done to address the existing gaps in support, knowledge and strategic action.

Student Minds train students and staff in universities across the UK to deliver student-led peer support interventions as well as research-driven workshops and campaigns. By working collaboratively across sectors, they share best practice and ensure that the student voice influences decisions about student mental health.

Together they aim to transform the state of student mental health so that all in higher education can thrive.
