The Synthe’s aerodynamic efficiency is a breakthrough in vented helmet design.

Our extensive wind tunnel testing, using wind averaged drag calculations to assess

performance in a wide range of conditions, reveals that the Synthe is nearly as

fast as time trial helmets in a standard “road” position, without compromising the

cooling power your body needs for maximum power output. That cooling power is

immediately apparent on the road, besting our test results and nearly matching the

temperatures recorded for a bare headform over 30 minutes.

Even with all of this performance, weight is an impressive 250 grams for a size

medium CPSC compliant Synthe, making it a great choice when you’re battling

for KOM’s or a personal best at the summit.

A distraction is the last thing you want when you’re in the air trying to spot

a landing. That’s why the new Quarter is designed from the buckle up to be

simple, durable and to stay out of the way until you need it.

It starts with a single-piece ABS hardshell that’s built to last, and backed with

a proven EPS liner. To enhance durability we’ve added a polyurethane liner shield

around the perimeter to protect the EPS from everyday dents and dings.

The Quarter is also impressively low profile and comfortable, with a compression

molded pad system and your choice of 3 sizes to get a snug, secure fit.

The Cipher™ is the first mountain bike helmet to incorporate vinyl nitrile (VN),

a soft and flexible material that rebounds to absorb impact energy over more

than a single impact when utilized appropriately*as an additional protective

feature. By utilizing the benefits of this material to help manage impacts

around the jawline, the Cipher can better manage low-energy, day-to-day

impacts in this sensitive area. This added protective capability complements

the Cipher’s ASTM F1952 compliant EPS liner to give DH, enduro and freeride

athletes the most relevant protective capability at race-winning speeds or for

progressive lines in the park.

Of course the Cipher boasts other industry-leading features including an

integrated POV camera mount with breakaway design in case of impact;

Roc Loc® Air considers how these three sciences can work together to

supercharge a helmet’s cooling power. By complementing external vents

and internal ventilation channels, Roc Loc Air helps to cool the head more

quickly and efficiently than vents alone, and allows us to also design helmets

that are both cool and aerodynamically efficient.

It also provides a comfortable fit thanks to micro-adjustable tensioning and

Bicycling is a dangerous activity which may result in serious injury or even death. Although our equipment is designed to help reduce the risk of such injuries, there is no guarantee that any injury will be prevented by the use of this equipment. Proper fit is essential to the effectiveness of a bicycle helmet. The Fit system (the system that wraps around and behind the skull) in your bicycle helmet is designed to provide stability when you ride, resisting wind and vibration forces. The Retention system (the system that goes under the chin) is designed to provide stability against impact forces should a crash occur. For proper use of your helmet and further description of your helmet’s features, please refer to the owner’s manual.

That’s because there is no anatomic difference between women and men’s heads except for the average skull diameter measurement. Visible on the bridges between vents, this layer of armor acts like a second shell, enhancing structural support, impact dispersion and penetration resistance while allowing us to carve the biggest vents possible without compromising the helmet’s strength or integrity.

ARE HELMETS EFFECTIVE?

Modern helmets practically disappear when you put one on, and they are the most effective means of preventing, and reducing the severity of cycling-related head injuries (anywhere from 45-85% of the most commonly reported brain injuries for cyclists).

HOW DO HELMETS WORK?

When you fall or crash and hit your head, the helmet’s EPS foam liner compresses like an airbag to absorb energy, so that the brain doesn’t move around the inside of the skull with as much force. By absorbing energy during the impact, a helmet may reduce the likelihood of the most common brain injuries, such as concussions and hemorrhaging.

WHAT IS IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION?

Models like the Aeon™ and Xar™ are made by fusing the outer shell and the inner, impact-ab-sorbing foam liner together permanently using pressure and steam in a mold. This often creates a lighter helmet because the shell reinforces the foam like a skin, eliminating extra adhesives and hardware, and allowing the use of a thinner polycarbonate shell.

WHAT IS INJECTION-MOLDED HARDSHELL CONSTRUCTION?

Models like the Cipher™ and Quarter™ fea-ture a pre-molded shell and foam liner that are formed separately, then bonded together. While this creates a slightly heavier helmet that generally is not as vented as In-Mold helmets, the thicker shell often resists dents and dings more easily and is less expensive to engineer and manufacture.

OVERVIEW OF CYCLING HELMET SAFETY STANDARDS

Helmet standards help to govern the design and integrity of helmets so that riders get products that are well-designed for the type of riding they enjoy. All cycling helmets should be certified to the most relevant standards for the type of riding the wearer is participating in, and must be certified for the market they’re sold in. Here’s a simple breakdown of 3 key standards:

U.S. STANDARDSCPSC – the U.S. federal government’s stan-dard for cycling helmets. All cycling helmets sold in the U.S. must comply with the CPSC standard.

ASTM F1952-09 – a voluntary standard specific to helmets for downhill MTB riding that requires a lower test line to help manage falls most commonly associated with more advanced off-road riding.

EUROPEAN UNION STANDARDSCE EN-1078 – the European Union standard for cycling helmets. All helmets sold in European Union must meet a CE standard for protective equipment.

AUSTRALIAN / NEW ZEALAND STANDARDSAS / NZS 2063 – the Australian standard for cycling helmets. All helmets sold in Australia must meet a government standard for protective equipment.

You can determine which standard a Giro helmet meets by looking at the box label and on the label inside the helmet. It is important to note that no one standard is superior to the others. They all cover many aspects of a helmet’s design, performance and certification, and they all have merit. However, the helmet you buy must be certified for sale and use in the market where it is purchased. Also note that if a helmet doesn’t fit properly, it’s less effective, regardless of the standard the helmet is designed to.

WHAT IS A “MULTI-IMPACT” HEL-MET?

Some helmets are referred to as “multi-im-pact”. There are two reasons why we do not claim that Giro cycling helmets are “multi-impact”:1. No cycling helmet, regardless of the liner material or construction method used, can offer unlimited multiple-accident protection.2. There is no way to predict how hard you might hit your head the next time you fall, so we believe that it is best to wear a helmet that has not been impacted previously.

The bottom line is that if a helmet is involved in any serious impact, it should be inspected and replaced in case of any doubt, even if it appears undamaged.

HOW TO CREATE A GREAT, COMFORTABLE FIT

Proper fit is essential to performance and comfort. A helmet must fit right and be worn properly in order to be effective. To offer the best fit possible, Giro makes helmets in a wide range of sizes for men, women and children.

STEP 1 - SIZING A HELMET CORRECTLYTo determine the correct size, you should measure the circumference of the head. To do this, just wrap a measuring tape around the head, keeping the tape just above the ears and level front to back. Once you’ve determined the correct size, you can check to make sure the helmet fits comfortably and securely. If

the helmet doesn’t fit with just a little room between your head and the headband when the fit system is loose, you should replace it with one that does. You should always wear the helmet positioned low enough in the front to protect your forehead, but not so low that it hinders your vision.

STEP 2 - ADJUSTING THE STRAPS AT THE SIDE OF THE HELMETWith a proper fit, the front and rear straps should join at a point slightly below the ears. To adjust the strap positioning, open the Tri Loc™ adjusters on the straps, put the helmet on and slide the straps through the adjusters until they are located comfortably under the ears. Make sure there is no slack in any of the straps. Then, close and lock the Tri Loc™ adjusters.

STEP 3 - ADJUSTING THE CHINSTRAP AND BUCKLEIt is important that the chinstrap is comfortably snug and sits back against the throat, NOT on the point of the chin. It should be snug enough to prevent rolling-off, but loose enough so that the rider is able to open their mouth wide enough to eat. Make sure the loose ends of the strap pass through the rubber O-ring near the buckle. If it does not, the strap may slide loose and the helmet can come off accidentally.

STEP 4 - ADJUSTING THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE FIT STABILIZING SYSTEMA helmet should fit snugly on the wearer’s head, so that the skin on the forehead moves slightly when the helmet is moved back and forth. It should not cause a headache or be uncomfortably tight. To adjust the fit tension of Roc Loc® or Acu Loc™ systems while the helmet is on the wearer’s head, rotate the dial adjuster on the back of the system to tighten or loosen the fit as needed. To adjust the fit tension of Auto Loc™ systems you must remove the helmet, and move the snap anchor forward or back to adjust the fit as needed.

For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not attempt to adjust the fit of a helmet while you are riding.

STEP 5 - ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE FIT STABILIZING SYSTEM (not a feature of all systems)You can adjust the fit even more on Roc Loc® and Acu Loc™ systems that offer height adjustment, which allows the helmet’s fore/aft tilt to be optimized. Simply slide the system’s occipital pads (at the back of the helmet) up or down for comfort and best coverage. Experiment until you get a fit that is most comfortable.

STEP 6 - CHECKING THE FITOnce you think a proper fit has been achieved, grab the helmet with both hands and twist lightly it to the left and right. If the helmet fits properly, the skin on the forehead will move as the helmet moves. If it does not, the helmet

is too loose.

Next, grab the helmet with both hands and try to remove it by rolling the helmet forward and backward. THIS IS IMPORTANT. If you can roll it off the head completely, roll it forward so far that it blocks vision, or backward far enough to expose the forehead, it doesn’t fit correctly.

If you cannot adjust the helmet to fit properly according to these instructions, DO NOT USE THE HELMET. Replace it with a different size or model.

Once you are satisfied that the helmet fits correctly and that all straps are properly ad-

justed, take a short test ride. Make any minor adjustments to improve comfort and stability.

WHAT IF THE HELMET IS DAMAGED?

Helmets don’t last forever. Damage to a helmet is not always visible. If a helmet is visibly damaged (cracked outer shell, crushed or cracked foam liner or any other damage) don’t use it. Some or all of the helmet’s protective capacity is used up when impacted. If you have any questions about the condition of a helmet, call us for information or to get a free inspection.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD A HELMET BE REPLACED?

Giro has a general recommendation of replacing a helmet every three (3) years. If you have any questions as to the condition of your helmet please call us for information or to set up a free inspection.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DOES GIRO OFFER?

Any Giro helmet determined by Giro to be de-fective in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original purchase will be repaired or replaced, at Giro’s option, free of charge when received at the factory freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase. If you have questions regarding the condition of your helmet or the warranty coverage on your helmet, contact us or refer to the helmet owner’s manual before sending your helmet in for inspection or replacement consideration.

HOW DO GIRO GLOVES FIT?

Giro gloves are based on our proprietary Super Fit™ Engineering process that combines research data on human anatomy with hand-crafted refinements and a “tailored” construction. The result is a snug, near-custom feel with the support of modern materials that improve comfort and control on the bike. We offer gloves in a full range of up to 6 unisex sizes, 3 women’s sizes, and sizes for kids under 12, so that almost any rider can find a glove that fits and feels like a part of them.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEN’S AND WOMEN’S HANDS?

Women’s hands typically have a smaller palm girth and width, smaller wrist diameter and narrower fingers when compared to men’s hands.

HOW TO GET THE CORRECT GLOVE SIZE.

Giro Gloves are available in unisex and women’s sizes that are tailored to the needs of cyclists. To determine your glove size, wrap a measuring tape around your dominant hand, just below your knuckles (excluding your thumb), and make a fist. This measurement is your “hand width” glove size. Since every hand is unique, use the chart below as a guide, but allow for some variance based on how the glove fits!

WHY DOES GIRO USE A 3-PANEL PALM?

The human hand is an amazingly dynamic instrument, with strength and dexterity that is essential to a rider’s control of a bike’s handling, shifting and braking. Our 3-panel design tailors the palm of the glove to better fit the contours and articulation of the hand, and optimizes the location of padding, material and seams to enhance your comfort, grip and control of the bike.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN LEATHER AND SYNTHETIC GLOVES?

Giro makes gloves in many configurations including classic all-leather designs, modern synthetic / natural hybrids and all-synthetic designs. Each glove is designed as a system to provide the best fit, comfort and performance for riding.

- Natural leathers provide a very supple feel and aesthetic, with the ability to break-in and form to the rider’s body. With proper care, they can also be durable enough to last several seasons.

- Synthetic gloves provide a supple feel and modern aesthetic, with the ability to breathe, stretch and conform to the rider’s body across a wide range of conditions. They are very durable, and require less attentive care than natural leathers.

- Hybrid designs, with a natural leather palm and synthetic upper, combine the best attri-butes of both materials. They are light, supple and breathable, with the ability to break-in and conform to the body.

- Winter gloves generally use synthetic materials to resist the elements and harsh conditions of winter riding, while insulating the body from cold and wet. We use modern insulating materials, including synthetic insulation and wool-blend removable liners where appropriate, to provide the best comfort and performance possible.

Also note that some Giro glove models have a slightly more “snug” fit when new, so you may need to size up from the size you usually wear or allow them some time to “break-in” for a perfect fit.

DO ALL GIRO GLOVES FIT THE SAME?

Since our full glove line covers so many different needs and conditions, we may make adjustments to some patterns in order to create the best glove possible for each type of use or conditions. While we strive for the most consistent feel possible, this means that certain gloves may feel different than others. For instance, leather gloves will stretch and “break-in” with time and use, so they may feel snug when new compared to similar synthetic glove designs. Also, winter gloves are designed to have a little more interior volume in order to trap heat, so they may feel roomier than a comparable mountain bike or long-finger road glove.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN GLOVES?

Cleaning Synthetic GlovesFor best results, clean the gloves using luke-warm water and a mild liquid soap or cleaner, and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight. When almost dry, you can put the gloves on to give them shape.

Cleaning Leather / Leather Palm GlovesFor gloves with leather, extra care will help to extend the life of the glove, and a good leather conditioner can help to keep the leather supple since washing can damage it.

STEP1: Use lukewarm water and mild soap to gently wash the glove (you can wear the glove while washing to help maintain the glove’s shape)

STEP 2: Gently pat dry with a towel to remove excess water

STEP 3: You can put the gloves on to give them shape, and then gently remove them. Make sure they are laid flat.

STEP 4: Hang to air dry away from heat or direct sunlight

STEP 5: When almost dry, you can put the gloves on to give them shape. You can also gently rub a good leather conditioner into the leather to help keep it supple

Note: Never dry clean, bleach or tumble dry!

PROPERLY STORING GLOVES

After each use remove the gloves carefully, lay them flat, and allow the gloves to air dry in an open area. Then store in a cool, dry place. Note: We strongly discourage leaving used gloves in damp, enclosed spaces (like the bottom of a gear bag) since that can inhibit proper drying and cause the leathers or other materials to become stiff or brittle.

The most important thing we’ve learned about fit over the last 25+ years is that fit is more

than a set of numbers.

From the beginning, our goal has been to combine the best materials with design that inspires

the rider, and that allows the shoe to adapt to the body’s needs. That is why every Giro cycling

shoe combines a supple, precision fit upper with a neutral pedaling platform (no varus or

valgus adjustment built-in) and room for internal and external adjustments based on a rider’s

Once upon a time, nearly every shoe had a laced closure. In the last few decades however,

mechanical closures have been developed to mimic the function of laces while providing

the ability to adjust fit on-the-fly. But with each new system, there is always a tradeoff to

be considered: limited tolerance to grit and grime; added weight; increased exposure to

damage in a crash; or less precise fit adjustment.

When we first considered a laced cycling shoe, we weren’t sure it would fly. But in riding

and evaluating laced shoes, we quickly fell in love with the benefits that laces provide.

And we realized that many of the drawbacks people associated with laces were not due

to the laces, but due to the shoe uppers. Traditional leather uppers and even some early

microfiber uppers were prone to stretch with wear and weather. With the latest

microfiber materials we can fine tune the structure and pattern of the upper to make

the most of a laced closure.

So why laces? Because the fit and feel of a laced shoe is unrivaled. From different

lacing patterns to more incremental adjustment points, laces simply provide more

range when it comes to fit, and the feel is more natural. They’re also incredibly light

weight, easy to replace and hard to destroy in a crash. Are they for everyone? No. But

they are for anyone who wants a shoe that is lighter, more comfortable and reliable

enough to handle a Grand Tour or your most punishing off-road pursuits.

MR-1 BUCKLEThe patent-pending MR-1 buckle is truly micro-adjustable in tension and release, allowing two-way adjustment in 2mm increments by simply pulling up to tighten the strap or depressing the lever to release it. It also features a quick macro-release for easy removal of the shoe. The design allows grit to be cleared easily for reliable function on- and off-road, and it has an exceptionally low stack height, reducing the likelihood of damage.

CARBON FIBERWe use carbon fiber and carbon composites in Giro footwear because they provide exceptional performance that can be tuned to maximize stiffness, tensile strength, weight and form. While many companies utilize this cutting-edge material, we have the added advantage of having Easton® engineering expertise to further enhance the capabilities of this wonder material, allowing us to create thinner, lighter and stronger components.

EASTON® ENGINEERED OUTSOLE PLATESWe worked closely with the engineering staff at Easton to develop proprietary outsoles that provide the most direct, powerful connection to the pedals without compromising comfort. Using advanced modeling and proprietary fixturing in our extensive test lab, every outsole is engineered to provide ideal stiffness in 3 zones: Toe, Arch, and Heel, while maintaining the lowest possible weight and stack-height (as low as 6.5mm). Additionally, the flatter edges of our outsoles allow the shoe upper material to conform to larger or wider feet (what we call the “spillover” effect) without uncomfortable pinching or binding.

HIGH-VOLUME FITGiro “HV” footwear is built on proprietary, cycling-specific lasts that are specially designed to create a fit that hugs wider or higher- volume feet closely without binding, crowding or discomfort. In order to provide the most supportive and precise fit possible, our HV lasts are hand-crafted in whole and half-sizes too, so you get the best fit possible in a production shoe. Giro HV fit is recommended for widths from D-EE, and is an option for feet with very high instep.

PRECISION FITGiro footwear is built on proprietary cycling-specific lasts to create a fit that hugs the foot closely without binding, crowding or discomfort. Our lasts are hand-crafted specifically for cycling footwear in whole and half-sizes that are differentiated between men’s and women’s shoes, in order to provide the most supportive and precise fit possible in a production shoe.

NEUTRAL PLATFORMThe term Neutral Platform means that there is no tilt or permanent adjustment built-in to our shoes. By maintaining a neutral platform, riders who require wedges or other adjustments are free to choose from a variety of systems that best meet their needs over time, without having to compensate for unnecessary or improper adjustments that can compromise the fit or performance of their shoes, or cause stress to muscles or joints.

SUPERNATURAL FIT SYSTEM The Giro SuperNatural Fit System combines a cycling-specific footbed with an adjustable arch support kit. By simply choosing from any of the Low, Medium and High arch supports included in the kit, riders and fitters can independently adjust arch support to enhance fit and pedaling efficiency while reducing or eliminating common discomforts like hotspots, numbness and cramping. The system is available in men’s and women’s sizes, and incorporates X-Static® fibers in the footbed to fight odors and other bacteria.

SONIC WELDED ARMOR Sonic welding is a process that uses sonic waves and pressure to fuse two elements together permanently. Utilizing this process to add a layer of armor to soft fabrics results in a more durable bond that is also cleaner and more accurate than traditional adhesives, and lighter too.

N-2 BUCKLEThe N-2 buckle is adjustable in 3mm increments to tension the strap, with a quick release by simply depressing the upper and lower levers simultaneously. The design allows grit to be cleared easily for reliable function on- and off-road, and it has a lower stack height than our previous buckle design. It offers two mounting positions and a guard that helps to prevent unwanted release of the buckle, and is compatible with our previous shoe designs should a rider need a replacement.

PORON® XRD™ Poron XRD is a soft, shock-absorbing material specifically engineered to absorb up to 90% of impact energy, without a loss of performance from repeated impacts. Using “intelligent molecules”, Poron® XRD™ remains supple and flexible until impacted, when the molecules lock together immediately to deflect and help absorb shock. WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT GIRO SHOES?

From our emphasis on fit comfort and adjustability, to the use of premium materials like Easton® carbon fiber and Vibram® rubber outsoles, to the range of colors and styles we offer; Giro™ stands apart in cycling footwear. But the most important difference is our fit.

Fit is more than a set of numbers, it’s a feeling. That is why we believe in providing cycling shoes that combine a cycling-specific fit with a neutral platform (no varus or valgus adjustment built-in) and a range of sizes and styles that allow adjustments based on every rider’s individual needs.

HOW DO GIRO SHOES FIT COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS?

Giro cycling shoes are designed for a precise fit – one that is snug and supportive in the heel, mid-foot, and instep areas, with a little more volume in the forefoot and toe box for natural feel and comfort. We offer our shoes in a full range of sizes, including Women’s Fit and High Volume Fit (for wide feet and high insteps) and half-sizes in most models.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEN’S FIT AND WOMEN’S FIT?

Giro Women’s Fit shoes have a lower instep volume, a lower forefoot girth and a narrower heel than our men’s / unisex shoes.

DOES GIRO OFFER SHOES FOR EXTRA WIDE FEET OR VERY HIGH INSTEPS?

Yes. We offer 6 models (Code™ HV, Terra-duro™ HV, Privateer™ HV, Factor HV ACC, Trans™ HV and Apeckx™ HV) in our “HV” fit to accommodate riders with extra wide (up to EE width) feet, or very high instep heights.

ARE GIRO SHOES HEAT-MOLDABLE?

No. Every Giro shoe is made with a tailored up-per that hugs the foot naturally and is supple enough to wrap to the contours of your foot for a supportive, precise fit without heating.

WILL GIRO SHOES WORK WITH CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?

Every Giro shoe is made to accommodate a wide variety of footbeds, as well as internal and external wedge adjustments and some custom orthotics. That said, orthotics vary widely, and we cannot guarantee a good fit. We recommend that you consult with your orthopedist or a fit expert to evaluate the fit and your best options.

WHAT IS THE SUPERNATURAL FIT SYSTEM?

The SuperNatural Fit system combines a thin, cycling specific footbed with an adjustable arch support system. This system allows riders to custom-tune their arch support and fit right out of the box, without any tools or hassles. By properly supporting the arch, fit and comfort of cycling shoes is enhanced and common discomforts like hotspots, numbness and cramping are reduced or eliminated. Proper arch support can also improve pedaling power and efficiency on the bike.

WHY CHOOSE CYCLING-SPECIFIC FOOTBEDS WITH PROPER ARCH SUPPORT?

Cycling is a unique activity. When you pedal a bicycle, your feet do not strike the ground; therefore your feet do not encounter the same forces and impacts as they do when you walk or run. Therefore, there is less need for cushioning and more emphasis on proper arch support to enhance comfort and pedaling efficiency.

WHAT ARE “VALGUS” (PRONATION) AND “VARUS” (SUPINATION)? HOW DO THEY AFFECT PEDALING COM-FORT AND EFFICIENCY?

Valgus is the tendency of the foot to lean inward at the ankle. Varus is the tendency of the foot to roll outward at the ankle.

Either of these tendencies can cause aches and pain in the forefoot and arch, and in some cases negatively affect a rider’s pedaling comfort and efficiency. All Giro footwear pro-vides the capability for you to adjust or replace footbeds, and to work with a properly-trained fitter to make adjustments that will enhance your comfort and performance if needed.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BE-TWEEN THE DIFFERENT OUTSOLES?

Easton EC90 SLX ACC is 100% unidirectional carbon with high modulus fibers. It is our lightest, highest level of performance and also features titanium cleat hardware inserts.

Easton EC90 ACC is made of 100% unidirec-tional carbon. It has pro-level stiffness similar to the EC90 SLX ACC outsole, but is slightly heavier.

Easton EC70 ACC carbon composite outsoles are a blend of carbon and fiberglass. They are light and stiff with performance and value that exceeds many carbon outsoles.

DuPont® Zytel™ outsoles are made of a special nylon composite that is stiffer and more durable that traditional nylon outsoles. Our Zytel soles are not as stiff as our premium carbon or composite outsoles, but they offer class-leading performance with less weight.

Our basic nylon composite outsoles are made of a high-quality nylon composite that offers great performance and value, while taking advantage of the same carefully-engineered molds as our higher-end DuPont nylon soles.

Yes, some models feature replaceable lugs for 2015 including: Empire™SLX, Prolight™ SLXII, Factor™ ACC, Empire™ ACC, Trans E70, Republic™, Civila™, Territory™, Reveille™, Factress ACC™, Espada E70™. DOES GIRO OFFER REPLACEMENT TOE SPIKES?

Yes. All Giro shoe models that are toe-spike compatible use the same toe spike.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DOES GIRO OFFER?

Any Giro shoe determined by Giro to be defec-tive in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original purchase will be repaired or replaced, at Giro’s option, free of charge when received at the factory freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase.
