Hands-On Trainings: * Wood work * Tailoring

* Pottery* Electrical Wiring* Gardening, Organic farming* etc.,

Stipends to be given to the students for their work.Advantages:

* When the kids are getting paid while studying, their parent will support it.

* Learning new skills for themselves for survival and to earn money.

* Government will also be benefited by selling the products manufactured by the students.

* The student of the Girl’s parent can be employed with some government programs if they are sending their girl student to the school regularly and if they are below the poverty line.

* Preferably Mother of the student.

Advantages: * The parents will have the security which will help the girl

student to come to the school regularly
