GINGER BISCUITS
SERVES: 48 cookies
PREP TIME: 25 min
COOK TIME: 15 min
INGREDIENTS:
• 250 g butter• 1 cup sugar• 1 egg• 450 g golden syrup• salt• 900 g flour• 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda• 4 tsp ground ginger• 1/2 cup milk
METHOD:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add egg, golden syrup and mix. 3. Add dry ingredients and milk. 4. Mix together.5. Form little balls and place on greased baking tray, press down with fork.6. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
