    Smalls Gin (43% ABV) ........................................... 6.00 An Oregon spirit handmade in small-pot batches using naturally-farmed and wild-grown botanicals. Intenselyaromatic from a complex infusion of juniper, orange, lemon, coriander, cardamom, angelica, caraway, s taranise, and raspberry.

    Sipsmith London Dry (41.6% ABV) .................. 4.00Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness. Palate:Gentle mouth feel, with initial dry juniper joined by growing sweetness, showing lemon tart and orangemarmalade, garnished by a wave of fresh lemon zest, followed by bolder juniper and light dryness, before allthe avours harmonise into one integrated taste. Finish: Dryness leads, with spicy juniper and a hint of lemontart emerging.

    Sipsmith Sloe (29% ABV) .................................... 4.00Nose: Ripe red currant and cherry notes with underlying hint of stone-fruit almond. Palate: Warm, rich cassisand plummy sloe avours with full sweet body. Finish: Sweet fruit leads, balanced by emerging delicatetartness leaving crisp nish.

    Seagrams (40% ABV) ............................................ 4.00 Although gin derives its main avour from juniper berries, many other herbs and spices contribute to itsunique taste. This includes exotic ingredients from around the world, such as cardamom from Sri Lanka,cassia bark from Vietnam, orange peel from Spain, coriander from the Czech Republic and angelica root fromGermany. Even the juniper berries are imported from Italy.

    Strawberry bank Damson Gin (25% ABV) ....... 4.00This gin is made from the nest fruit grown locally in the Lyth Valley, London Dry Gin and pure cane sugar. Itis traditionally drunk neat but can be mixed with tonic or lemonade for a long drink.

    Saffron Gin (40% ABV) ......................................... 4.00Brilliant deep orange/gold appearance. Semi sweet scents are of orange and mandarin peel over more subtle

    juniper notes. Delicate spices emerge after time in the glass with suggestions of saffron. A mild entry leadsinto a light to medium bodied palate that repeats the citrus peel-over-juniper theme. Soft, gently spicy mouthfeel. Concludes refreshingly dry followed by a delicate juniper and spice aftertaste.

    Tanqueray Rangpur (41.3% ABV) ..................... 4.00Tanqueray Rangpur Gin features the rare Rangpur lime, both zesty and juicy. These exotic lines are addedto other botanical ingredients, including juniper, coriander, bay leaves and ginger. Tanqueray Rangpur Gin issubtle, smooth and supremely mixable.

    The Botanist (46% ABV) ...................................... 4.00Colour: QuicksilverBody: The spirit is satin smooth gliding over the palate like no gin you have ever triedbefore. a totally seductive experience. Nose: The aromas explode like an olfactory aurora borealis lling thesenses with meteorites of smell sensations as they explode from the glass. Its a magical melody of Islaysnatural bounty from the Atlantic washed beaches to the summit of heather covered hills. Inhale and yourethere on the queen of the Hebrides!

    Tanqueray (43.1% ABV) ........................................ 4.00 A blend of the purest triple-distilled spirit and a hand-picked selection of four botanicals.Said to have been Frank Sinatras preferred gin, London Drys edge and sophistication have long made it afavourite with the stars.

    Tanqueray No. Ten (47.3% ABV) ...................... 4.00No. Ten is an exceptionally smo oth, fresh tasting super premium gin. It gets its name from Tiny Ten, thenickname of the still where it is made, but there is denitely nothing small about the avour experience of No.Ten. The only gin made using whole citrus fruits, including white grapefruits from Florida, limes from Mexicoalong with juniper, coriander and a hint of chamomile owers.

    William Chase Elegant Gin (48% ABV) ........... 4.00Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled, they press their own organicallygrown cider apples from the famil y farm; fermenting them into cider, then distilling into Naked Chase. Theythen re-distil the Naked Chase with eleven carefully considered wild botanicals and naturally pure water takenfrom the aquifer running underneath our cider apple orchards. The botanical s: juniper, coriander, angelica,liquorice, orrice, orange, lemon, hops, elderower and Bramley apple.

    Whitley Neill (42%ABV) ......................................... 4.00Slightly softer than more traditional gins and very smooth with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exoticspices. The nish is a long one with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose isboth citrusy sweet and peppery, with a distinctive oral aroma.

    Zephyr Black (40% ABV) ....................................... 4.00 A premium distilled London Dry Gin using botanicals including the elderower and sweet elderberry to createa premium gin unlike anything else on the market. Measured to 40 proofs for optimum taste, Black Zephyr isa perfect start for a cold, clean martini.
