Dear Booster Club Members,

Thank you so much for sponsoring our field trip to The Scarecrow

Patch on October 11th. It was a beautiful day for picking pumpkins and

playing on the farm. We are very lucky to have your support and we

appreciate everything you do for our classes and the school. Once

again, thank you and if you see a kindergarten or first grade student,

ask them what their favorite part of the day was.

Sincerely,

Miss Reimer & Mrs. Trosper

Mr. Larry Lambert, Superintendent

Mr. Kurt Polt, Principal

One Act News

The Giltner One Act department will perform for the Giltner Community on

Tuesday, November 22 at 7:30pm in the 1954 gym. However, there will not

be pie and ice cream served after this performance this year. This is due to

the fact that the One Act Department will have already performed on

Saturday, November 19 at 7:00pm at the Masonic Lodge in Hastings. This

show is open to all and will require a paid admission to see the

performance. The proceeds from this show will support the Giltner One

Act Department. Please make plans to attend this show and tell your

friends to do the same. Thank you for your support.

The K-3 elementary students and teachers would like to

thank the Giltner Fire Department for bringing the various fire

trucks and equipment to school during Fire Safety Week.

Trying on all the fire gear is always a favorite, and it was a

great experience learning how to crawl under smoke in a

"fake" smoke filled room. Thank you to all our volunteer

firemen who took the time out of their busy day to spend

time with our Giltner students. Congratulations to Baylee

Larson for winning the Third Grade Fire Safety Poster

Contest. She won a Wal-Mart gift card from the Fire

Department!
