Department of Education Region III Division of City Schools East District SAPALIBUTAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Angeles City NARRATIVE REPORT ON PRE-CHRISTMAS GIFT-GIVING ACTIVITY December 9, 2011 Sapalibutad Elementary School held a Pre-Christmas Gift-Giving Activity last December 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. It was held at the covered court. One week before the said activity, teachers asked pupils to donate different food items such as can goods, noodles, biscuits, juices/milo drinks/3 in 1 coffee in small packs. Teachers agreed to donate rice in addition to the mentioned food items. Grade Chairmen collected and packed these equally into 87 packs/plastic bags good for 87 indigent pupils. The 87 indigent pupils were being selected from Preparatory level to Grade VI. The program started with a short prayer led by Mrs. Analiza D. Cordero, a Grade II Teacher, followed by the special song number prepared by the indigent pupils. The Teachers’ Club President Jennifer S. Quiazon gave an inspirational message, followed by the presentation prepared by the selected Grade VI pupils. Mrs. Jennifer S. Quiazon as the Officer In-Charge, distributed the gifts of different food items to the 87 indigent pupils. She was assisted by the Grade Chairmen. Each pupils showed excitement while receiving their gifts. They also received different toy items donated by Mrs. Alma De Leon, a family friend of one of our teacher in Sapalibutad Elementary School. Selected Grade V pupils and the Drum and Lyre Band presented also exciting intermission number. The Teachers’ Club Vice-President Leila P. Miranda delivered the ending words to end the program. At the end of the program the indigent pupils expressed their sincerest thanks to their classmates, schoolmates,
