It’s time to move on from vinylIt’s hard-wearing like a traditional vinyl ceiling tile, quick and easy to install like a vinyl ceiling tile, has great light reflectance like a vinyl ceiling tile, and is even as low maintenance and easy to clean … but its special UV cured paint system does it all without the vinyl, glue or paint smells!

What’s more, The GIB-Tone® Ready™ painted ceiling tile has a sealed back and sides, making it harder for resting water and humidity to penetrate it.

A superior surface,in every respect.The UV cured paint system used on the GIB-Tone® Ready™ painted ceiling tile is technologically superior to traditional paint. The process involves building up the surface through the application of five separate layers of paint, each one dried and hardened in less than two seconds using an advanced UV curing process. The result is a VOC-free, hard-wearing, durable and easy to clean surface.

Custom colours to suit any interiorThe new GIB-Tone® Ready™ painted ceiling tile comes in white, but can be ordered in custom-colour matched colours. GIB-Tone® Ready™ painted ceiling tiles must be installed in accordance with the suspended grid manufacturer’s instructions. Winstone Wallboards recommends that the ceiling tile installers ensure that their hands are clean, or that gloves are worn to minimise marks on the ceiling tiles during installation.
