We offer your customers cash booking for your products/services. Payment settled in 48 hours. We start servicing orders at 11am by calling your customers to fix up an appointment and ensure that all orders are collected within 24 hours and the collected amount is deposited into your account electronically within 48 hours from the time the order has been collected. We deduct our service commission, service tax and then deposit the money into your account. You can view the real-time status of your orders through our merchant panel or through push notification from our API. As soon as the amount has been collected from your customer, our payment executives update the status on the server through our IVR system and you get notified immediately. You can then ship your product to your customer or provide your service to your customer rest assured that your money will be transferred to you in 48hrs. How do I sign up? Signing up with us is simple, you will have to sign a contract with us and you can go live in less than 3 working days. To sign up for our services you will have to sign a contract with us. Request contract copy through email/phone. Sign the contract; send across the digital copy (instructions given below). Once we receive the signed contract we will be providing you the credentials to our test environment so that you get accustomed to our merchant panel and integrate our API with your website (for more information see next topic). Once API integration is complete and you have had a look at our merchant panel, pushed some test orders, we will provide you your live credentials.

GharPay – The simplest way to pay!

Introduction: GharPay is an offline payment gateway. We offer your customers cash booking for your

products/services. We provide you real time status of the payment status; you can ship the product

to the customer as soon as we collect the cash from the customer. We do not offer Cash on

Delivery.

How we work: Order received on your website/call centre.

We start servicing orders at 11am by calling your customers to fix up an appointment and ensure

that all orders are collected within 24 hours and the collected amount is deposited into your account

electronically within 48 hours from the time the order has been collected. We deduct our service

You can view the real-time status of your orders through our merchant panel or through push

We follow the procedure of digitally signing the contract which is as follows,

Please fill in all the required details in the agreement (highlighted).

Page 12 should be filled in with your bank account details and Page10 with your name,

company name and address.

Take a print out of the duly filled document in your company letter head/A4 size paper and

sign on page 10 & 12 acknowledging the contract and commercials.

Scan the signed documents and email it to us so that we can counter sign them and send it

back to you.

This shall complete the legal formalities so that we can carry on to integration with your website.

API Integration/Merchant Panel: There are two modes of pushing orders to GharPay. You can use our Application Program Interface

(API) or our User Interface (Merchant panel). A brief explanation of both is provided below. Do let

us know your preference. We will be providing a testing environment for both interfaces before

taking you live. We do not charge you any setup fee or maintenance fee for our API. You can view

Live credentials will be provided after signing of contract and integration is fully complete.

Integration usually takes 3 working days.

API:

Our API system works similar to an online payment gateway. When your customers choose a

product to buy on your website, they are directed to the payment page; here you see payment

buttons such as debit card/credit card/net banking. Similarly we provide you a GharPay payment

button.

When a customer chooses to pay by cash, his/her details are pushed to us as soon as he clicks the

pay button, and the order is serviced within 24hrs. The advantage of this option is that there is no

manual intervention necessary, the order is pushed to us immediately and you get notified through

push notification about the status of the order.

Merchant Panel:

We provide you access to our merchant panel when you sign up with us. You can use the merchant

panel to add orders to our system. You can manually enter the order details or upload them using an

excel sheet. This merchant panel can also be used for pushing orders through your call centres.

You can also use the merchant panel to view order status, cash/cheque details, see your order

history etc. It also comes with an export to excel function.
