SupplyOne Certification1. SupplyOne has chosen to get certified according to SQF.

Safe Quality Foods (a food safety scheme)

2. To achieve a 3rd party certification, SupplyOne must choose an auditing body.

3. SupplyOne has chosen Eagle Registrations as our auditing body.

4. Eagle performed our GMP Audit in December.

What is HACCP?

HACCP Terms(H) Hazard – A biological, chemical or physical agent in, or condition of, food/packaging with the potential to cause an adverse health effect

(HA) Hazard Analysis – The process of collecting and evaluating the information on hazards and conditions leading to their presence to decide which are significant for food safety and should be addressed in the HACCP plan

(CCP) Critical Control Point (CCP) – A step at which control can be applied and is essential to prevent or eliminate a food safety hazard or reduce it to an acceptable level
