The QuickPix tool is designed to streamline and automate the job site ordering and requisition process. QuickPix features easy-to-use layouts for simple selection of the most common product groups and is configured specifically for each job. QuickPix can replace

traditional paper requisitions and order forms on your job site. Additionally, the availability of three approval levels provides the checks and balances you need. QuickPix even tracks purchased quantity versus your estimate. For further customization - Customer Part Numbers can be loaded into the tool. Users can build their order offline and submit to Gexpro once they have connectivity.

Three convenient ways to order.

25 QuickPix screens feature thousands of common items, which are mapped to your job’s manufacturer requirements. The catalog can be structured to restrict the ordering of non-specified items.

Item Lists are customized by project, simplify ordering, and can include predetermined quantities. Item Lists also help facilitate ordering kits and Gexpro GOcart BOMs.

Write-In capability allows users to add items not loaded in QuickPix to their order as easy as if it were paper. This enables QuickPix to serve all your ordering needs.

Users immediately receive a copy of their order via email. The order is escalated automatically if additional approval is required. Once an order is “purchased” a copy is sent to the Gexpro Inside Salesperson for order fulfillment.
