Pete lives in Riverside with his wife and 2 daughters. He has over 25 years of experience in the building trades. His construction and home improvement experience includes owning his own construction company, Dikareb Construction, for 8 years and 10 years of experience running Pete’s Handyman Service in Brookfield. Pete has done it all, from building custom homes to fixing electrical outlets; from remodeling kitchens to repairing leaky faucets. Pete has a real passion for creating beautiful outdoor living spaces, integrating decks with pergolas, arbors and paver patios to add an entirely new dimension to his customer’s homes. Brian’s focus with Andy OnCall is providing our customers with outstanding customer service and field supervision. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is married with a young son, and lives in Woodridge.
Maribel Barron is our Office Manager. Her organizational and customer service skills are the foundation of our back office operations. Maribel handles our incoming phone calls, schedules our craftsmen, and follows up with customers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Translation, lives in West Chicago, and is married with a young daughter
Owner Bob Steinmetz operates the highest-grossing ANDY ONCALL business in the USA, and is focused on growing the business by continually improving our service and support offerings. He holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon; he and his wife have 4 children and live in Wheaton.
