Locata has a comprehensive suite of software as a service (SaaS) modules which allows you to manage every aspect of housing options - effortlessly.

Our new entry level package allows you to get started and experience the performance without having to commit to a large investment.

These modules are available via G-Cloud the UK Government’s framework, where it is faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts, which Locata can also offer.

LOCATA PRO is the entry level set of Locata modules that are integrated to provide a basic Housing Options service.

These unique product sets allow you to run a Housing Options process that covers online customer application, management of the ongoing registrations with a bidding and/or lettings process that your customers can interact with.

The system is built to reflect your specific Allocation Policy requirements enabling you to meet your local housing need. Customers access your services using their PC or laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Once in the system through your scheme or a responsive website you can offer properties or they can bid on properties, receive feedback and find useful housing information.

LOCATA PRO can be enhanced to create a sophisticated end-to-end system that can be used to manage your Housing Options service centrally, whether you are using the CBL or PP/DM versions.

LOCATA PRO PLUS is formed by adding the Homelessness Prevention and Advice Module (HPA2) to LOCATA PRO.

Locata’s HPA2 enables the fully integrated step-by-step management of homeless applicants.

This allows for the centralisation of resources into a single system to help manage services that are under increasing pressure by streamlining work processes across departments. All Locata systems are integrated with our other modules so that you can grow your system when you need to.

Locata Pro Plus is the first upgrade to the entry level housing register system. Individual modules can be added to further enhance the system to your requirements.
