• Publicize and notify stakeholders of approval by FEMA regarding SARA's status as LOMR delegate
• Explain SARA’s new role
• Describe benefits/advantages of new process
• Provide program contact information
Phase 2Approximately 1-2 months prior to start date

• Provide new submittal details (address, point-of-contact, etc.)
• Reiterate SARA’s role as LOMR delegate and explain benefits to stakeholders
