Getting Started with ACEMAPP Welcome to ACEMAPP! This guide will provide you with an overview on how to navigate the ACEMAPP system in order to help you meet compliance for your upcoming clinical rotations.

Introduction
Within ACEMAPP, each school and clinical site has different requirements.
To meet compliance for your clinical rotation(s), any outstanding items that are required for you to complete will be located on your dashboard (homepage).
These items are divided up into "Requirements" (background checks, immunizations, electronic forms, etc.) and "Courses and Assessments".

Reguirements
Your specific requirements are located in the "All Requirements" table.
Overview: This table is broken-down into three sections:
• Requirements = Requirements that are completed. Nothing more is needed at this time. • Incomplete Requirements = Requirements that are still outstanding. Upload the document (if
available), or submit to your school coordinator for review.
• Expiring Requirements= Requirements that will expire soon.* Upload the document (if available), or submit to your school coordinator for review.

• A solid dash (-) means that the requirement is available to be completed (if necessary), but
does not affect compliance within ACEMAPP.
Manage Requirements: How your documents are managed or submitted will also depend on how the school or site is
configured in ACEMAPP.
If the school or clinical site allows for you to upload, manage or complete your own requirements within your ACEMAPP account, there will be a "Manage Documents" button next to the requirement. C!J 0 8 Va·::01 C11,ou1>Fcx x x r, A
Once the document has been submitted, you will see the status "Pending", meaning that the item is pending approval from the school. You will also see a "Pending" icon/triangle on the requirement item in the navigation table until the item is approved by your school coordinator.

Courses and Assessments
In ACEMAPP, your school or clinical site may also require that you take a series of courses and/or
assessments in order to meet compliance.
If requ ired, these items will appear in the "Courses and Assessments" table on your dashboard,
below the "Requirements" table.**

**Please note: If a payment is required, you will need to make your payment before you will have access to your courses and assessments. Additionally, these items may also not appear on your dashboard until you have been assigned to a clinical rotation by your school.
Overview: In ACEMAPP, courses serve to deliver necessary information in order to complete the related
assessment.
This table includes the name of the course/assessment, the number of attempts used, the (total)
number of available attempts, and the test expiration date.* .....

***Please note: Your assessments are good for one year after successful completion within ACEMAPP, and will become available for
you to retake 30-days prior to the expiration date.
Manage Courses & Assessments: In most cases, you will have an unlimited number of attempts to review a course, as indicated by the
infinity symbol (oo); however, you may have only a limited number of attempts to take an
assessment.

To take a course and/or assessment, simply click on the "View Course" or "Take Assessment" button, and the course or assessment will open.
In a few instances, there is also a "Download Supplemental Course PDF" button located on the first slide, which also contains the course information that you may utilize.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Your Guide to Safeguarding Patients and Complying with the Law
Once the assessment has been successfully completed, the "Take Assessment" button will no
longer be active and you will see a green check. The expiration date will be extended for 1-year.
If you did not successfully complete the assessment and have used up all of your available attempts, the "Take Assessmentt" button will no longer be active. Instead you will see "Exceeded Attempt Limit", and you will need to contact your school coordinator to have the test reset.

Third-PartY. Vendors
ACEMAPP interfaces with several third-party vendors to simplify the compliance process for you by
allowing you to link your ACEMAPP account directly to the associated Vendor to satisfy some of
your compliance items. These items may include your Background Check, Drug Screen, BLS, and
Immunizations.
If your school or clinical site utilized third-party vendor integration, the associated Vendor logo will
appear in the "Vendors" window on the left-side of your dashboard.

FAQ's Q: Will my requirements need to be uploaded multiple times if they are all listed on one sheet?
A: Yes. Each of your requirements will need to be uploaded separately. If all of your requirements (i.e., immunizations) are listed on one document, then you will need to upload that same document
into each of the different requirements within your ACEMAPP account.
Q: My requirement shows "Pending". When will my document(s) be approved? A: Your requirements are approved by your school. Please reach out to your school coordinator
to request a review of your pending requirements within ACEMAPP.

Q: My course contains questions, but my answers are not being recorded? A: In some of the courses, there may be questions as part of the presentation. These questions
are simply considered 'practice', and your answers will not count towards your assessments. As the
assessments are separate from the courses, they will need to be accessed and completed
separately.

Login to ACEMAPP You will receive a welcome email from ACEMAPP with a link allowing you to set your password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login" in the upper-right corner of the acemapp.org
(https://acemapp.org) homepage, then click the "Forgot Password" button.
If you have not received your Welcome email, please check your spam/junk folder and verify with your school that
they have created your account.

Create A Password
Your password/passphrase must meet the following criteria:
Step 1: Decide what you want your password to be. The criteria is outlined below.
1) Minimum of 8 characters 2) Score of 2 or better (out of 4) 3) Your name cannot be part of the password

Example: A pasSWOut Short password like "Ac3M4pp!"
Step 2: ACEMAPP recommends using passphrases, which are more secure and easier to remember than a
password. For instance, the passphrase lreallyloveACEMAPP! is far easier to remember than Ac3M4pp!
Note: ACEMAPP follows industry standards for password security and utilizes a password strength meter which requires passwords to be at a minimum strength of 2 (out of 4). The system will dynamically show you the password score as you type, and will provide feedback:
