PM sprint definition4
Sprint backlog – stage 4(60 min max)
Selection of items to be included in “process backlog” (= backlog of process that has the goal of rebooting product management)
Estimation of workload (guide people very assertively) Relative estimation of “story points” Agreement on workload value of 1 story point
Estimation of available workforce “Work to be done by people around the table” Each to say how much time they can devote to work
Definition of minimal amount of story points to have in first “process” sprint NB: logic reversed compared to standard way because we know there
is a minimal critical amount to be accomplished If that leads to a sprint longer than 2 weeks, list as impediment and get
people freed-up to do that piece of work Let people take responsibility (step not over until that is done) &
outline the rules of daily stand-ups (even remote) + set future date for presenting deliverables (NB: take safety margin)
