*My Expert Focus Area (EFA)
I want to become the world’s expert in getting college sophomore males to exercise for fifteen minutes a day, every weekday, in their dorm room.
Why? I am a college sophomore male and regular exercise, both inside and outside my dorm, has resulted in a much healthier, fitter, and attentive me. I want others to find the habits that work for them just as I have done.

*What Now?
*We take four or five of the desired behaviors found in the top right corner of the priority grid and test them
*I am most interested in seeing how calendars and pre-scripted programs affect exercise
![Page 6: Getting College Sophomore Males to Exercise More](https://reader035.vdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022062514/557c6ad5d8b42a3e2c8b529b/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
*Insights and Comments
*Initially, I struggled to think of activities that weren’t obvious activities that I would do
*I had to put myself in the shoes of other college sophomore males
*Likewise, I was frustrated at my speculation
*Did I map these activities out correctly?
*Does the mapping apply equally to my roommate and I?
*One big question that appeared was: Should the 15 minutes be broken up or done at once?
*This is a question I really need to answer
![Page 7: Getting College Sophomore Males to Exercise More](https://reader035.vdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022062514/557c6ad5d8b42a3e2c8b529b/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
*Conclusions
*I will have to TEST these guesses and speculations
*As I test, I will revise my priority map and takes detailed notes on my observations
*To test, I will have to find target users willing to try make a change
*Their willingness must be based on a desire to become more physically fit and they must accept any activity I give them
*I will also have to test some of these out-of-the-box ideas on myself
