Part – III Price Bid. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT

Bidder to satisfy all the following requirements:

1. Bidder shall have executed minimum 2 Nos. of Turnkey contracts of with or without supply of power transformer of 220 KV or higher voltage class S/S with SCADA

at two different locations within last eight years with State or Central Transmission Utility or major industries. Substations include minimum two nos. of feeder bays,

one no. of Transformer bay & Bus coupler bay.

2. At least one Sub-Station out of above commissioned under Turnkey Contract shall be performing satisfactorily for the last one year (Supportingdocuments/Certificates of original customer to be submitted.) with SCADA. In case of those not having installed with SCADA, technical back up with qualified supplier

must be furnished along with tender.

3. Minimum Annual Turnover (MAT) for best three individual years out of last five financial years shall not be less than the estimated amount of this tender.

4. All the Equipments/hard-wares proposed to be supplied shall have valid type test certificates from any accredited NABL laboratory not older than 5 years & must

be valid up to the expiry of validity of offer.5. The bidder shall have valid Electrical Contract License and approved Vendor of GETCO /STU/CTU, registered under Sales-Tax Act, Service Tax Act and should have

CPF/PF Registration Certificate.

6. Items / materials proposed to be supplied by bidder of similar or higher rating shall be in service for a period of minimum 3 years. (Supporting

documents/Certificates of original customer to be submitted.)

Joint Venture (JV) Bids.

In case a bid is submitted by a joint venture (JV) of two or more firms as partners, joint venture must comply the following minimum criteria.

1. One of the partners of the consortium/ Joint Venture (JV) shall meet all the technical criteria as indicated above.

2. Minimum Annual Turnover (MAT) of the consortium/ Joint Venture (JV) company added together for best three individual years out of last five financial years shall

not be less than the estimated amount of this tender. However Minimum Annual Turnover (MAT) for best three individual years out of last five financial years of the leadpartner shall be at least 50% & for each other partners shall be at least 33% of the estimated amount of this tender.

3. Further , in case of the bid to be furnish as a JV/Consortium partners then the each JV/Consortium partners has to furnish 5 % of the overall tender cost towards the

B.G. in addition to the 10% of the Bank Guarantee to be submitted by the lead partner ( as security deposit). The terms , conditions & validity of all such BG’s shall be the

same.

3. Details of Partners/Directors of the Firm/Company.4. Experience Record and details of orders pending / executed for various utilities5. Last five years Audited Accounts

6. Detail of Manufacturing/Fabrication facilities7. Factory Registration/license details

8. ‘A’ class contractor’s license with validation.9. Solvency certificate from Bank (unto 20 % of Bid value).
