Get Your Game OnIt’s a guaranteed slam dunk of value during the 117th Annual IHLA Convention and Exposition. You can expect over 800 hardwood industry professionals to bring their “A” games to Indianapolis on March 10-12, 2015. Your admission will include networking, education and a packed arena full of customers, prospects and vendors, all easy to find in one location. For entertaining, Indy’s finest restaurants are close by and offer much more than concession fare.

Head Coach Rich Solano has called all the right plays for a winning convention. Come for the pregame on Tuesday night, and stay for the buzzer beater grand prize giveaway at our Thursday evening reception.

The FieldhouseAll ticketed fans are welcome in our Fieldhouse. Check out the elite 2015 IHLA exhibitor teams showcasing their latest hardwood products and services. Comparison shop, see what is new, and maybe add some new names to your roster.

The Winning BracketOne lucky person is guaranteed to win $10,000 by entering our state-licensed grand prize raffle, sponsored by Pennsylvania & Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Companies. Enter once, or enter often – the proceeds support IHLA’s worthy causes, such as the Hardwood Federation, Indiana Tree Farm, The Woodland Steward and more.

The Locker Room LoungeAfter playing some ball in the Fieldhouse, visit the Locker Room Lounge to wipe the sweat off your brow and quench your thirst. Located in the exhibit hall, it’s a great place to huddle with friends and colleagues.

Tricks, Trumps, and TunesWhile the NCAA selection committee is setting the field for the big dance in Indy, you’ll get a shot at advancing through some brackets of your own. Convention Chairman Solano is inviting the top 64 euchre players to a tournament on Wednesday night. Sign up as an individual, or choose your own partner, but once we have 64, the field is full. Sign up at the registration desk, and watch for your bracket seeding. There can be only one “first-ever” champion. Who will be the reigning card kings of hardwood?

The Suite LifeLadies can enjoy some pampering in the exclusive IHLA Suite on Thursday. Sign up soon as tickets are limited.

Thursday Night’s Buzzer Beater Be sure to stick around for the Thursday night Buzzer Beater Reception. The band, players, coaches and fans will all be in attendance. Enjoy the music, food and camaraderie until the final shot.

Top-Seeded Keynote Speaker:Howard KellmanHoward Kellman, award winning sportscaster and author, will be the opening keynote speaker on Wednesday, March 11th. With over 40 years of broadcast experience, Howard is one of the best in his league. The biggest gaps between expectations and reality usually come in the area of employee training. Nobody wants to invest in hiring and training employees who may end up with the competition, so mutual trust and a clear career path are essential. Learn from a panel of experts on the best way to fill all of your workforce needs, and create an environment that promotes retention.
