Here’s how we’re celebrating! Sit & Be Fit A safe, effective exercise program for seniors and individuals with limited physical mobility. Meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. (Note: No classes on April 6 & 27.) Yoga A mind-body practice that combines breath control, meditation and physical poses that help one achieve better health and relaxation. Meets Mondays, 5:00 p.m. & every Friday at Noon. Fit It In - Training for Life A high energy class that combines a mix of exercise discip- lines such as Plyometrics, Kick boxing, and Calisthenics. Meets Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. Tai Chi A series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner to improve balance, promote serenity and reduce stress. All sessions are held in the Healthy Living and Learning Wellness Center, on the Library’s 2nd Floor. No registration is required; ses- sions are FREE to the public. All instructors are certified. Computer Classes at the Library

Unless otherwise noted, all computer classes will be held in the Computer Training Room, 2nd floor, Petersburg Public Library. Be sure to bring a flash drive for saving your work. Knowledge of the computer keyboard and typing are required. There is no charge for the class, and registration is not required. Space is limited, first-come, first-served. You must be on time. The intriguing photographic collection by local photographer and artist R. Jehrad Gholson, Jr. exhibits at Petersburg Public Library the month of April. No Signal was inspired when Gholson suffered a life-altering injury while playing football on his school’s team.
