Scenario #1: Train accident with nuclear waste
Story: Train with nuclear waste was passing the train station in Podgorica, when hit the passenger
train. The nuclear waste wagon broke and dispersion of nuclear waste started.

Scenario #2: Aluminium factory explosion
Story: Few days before the basketball world championship started in Podgorica, many sportsmen
were landing at the airport. One day in the morning, when the aliminium factory was running, a big
explosion happened. A dispersion of aluminium waste with black smoke started moving to the
airport.

Scenario #3: Toxic substances spill from the truck and gas explosion in the
house
Story: During the week, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, while citizens were returning from the office,
the truck hit the building near the river. The truck started to burn and oil started to leak out from the
tank. Just about 15 minutes later, the gas explosion happened in the house on the other side of the
city.
