Introduction The property was staked in 2011 for its Nickel and other base metal potential. Shabogamo Gabbro in southern Labrador is a high priority target for Tier 1 Voisey’s Bay or Noril’sk-style PGE-Ni-Cu potential. Ground-truthing confirmed the presence of magmatic Ni-Cu sulphides in the Shabogamo complex. The complex has the The Krats property consists of -69 - claims in -7- licenses, located in Western Labrador. Following attributes: • Represents a large mafic intrusive province (LIP); • Intrusions may have been emplaced by multiple rifting events, possibly initiated by Mantle plumes; • Occur along the Grenville Front, a continental-scale deep crustal structure that forms part of the major Circum Superior terrain boundary; • On triple junction terrain boundaries; • Olivine-bearing mafic with disseminated Ni sulphides; • Associated lake sediment Ni-Cu anomalies; • Presence of sulphide and carbonaceous sediment; • Underexplored for PGE-Ni-Cu; • Only very lightly staked; • Logistically well located being proximal to the Labrador iron ore mining district. It is served by all-weather roads and a 320 km long railway to the St. Lawrence Seaway and is proximal to hydro lines. This report provides a history and describes the work undertaken. Location The property is located in the Labrador Through, 60 nautical miles north of Wabash-Labrador City.
Figure 1. Access The property is located in the Labrador through, 60 nautical miles north of Wabush-LabradorCity It is served by all-weather roads and a 320 km long railway to the St. Lawrence Seaway and is proximal to hydro lines. Travel in winter on ski-doo is the best time to do EM work, and lake sediments, as well for checking some of the Exposed outcrops. Access with any degree of flexibility is via helicopter. This Year we had the pilot with us all day which gave us more flexibility to move around more & cover more ground, We work 12 to 14 hours a day and travel to Labrador city every Night. The railroad servicing Mining Industry passes through the northwest part of our claims and can be used to ship equipment workers and ore via labrador City. Also, there is a service road that runs up to the track at Sawbill Siding and while grown up wit Alders in places is easily upgradeable to road that can be used by vehicicler traffic. It is currently being used as part of the groomed snowmobile trail. There is also evidence that it has been used by ATVs. During winter the property is access by Ski-doo

Property location
This year’s Program After extensive review of past results and a number of meetings with Gerry Kilfoil, we devised a winter and summer exploration program Over the winter we reviewed all data and prioritized our exploration to advance our theory that the property had great potential for economic ore body(s) We spent many hours over many days reviewing with Gerry Kilfoil the geophysical data on file, using our field observations in an attempt to explain the past drilling results, and what was creating the anomalies. We also when through all of the detailed airborne surveys, in some cases line for line to pin-point the areas where the strongest anomalies were recorded. Where we plan on doing EM- work we took GPS locations for future reference. We plan on using ski-doo this spring to do the EM -16 work over the area to the north of the drill holes where there was an unexplained low mag... As well as getting some Lake sediment samples in the area of the high anomalies Winter program
Because travel in the woods depends on snow conditions, you have a very short window when the spring thaw during the day occurs and you have freeze up at night. This creates a hard crust on the snow and you are able to walk across the surface. Even then you wear snowshoes because if you break through you go down to your neck in snow. I traveled to the area on April 18-20-2015 to see what the conditions were like, we did some EM work but had to abandon the trip because warm weather made the snow to soft to travel. We manage to get a couple of lake sediments in the Ghost lake area before having to leave because of snow conditions. Field work June 2014 After reviewing past data and newly acquired data from our winter program we planned our summer program. We decide that it was cheaper to use a smaller helicopter and travel back to home base each day. We had the pilot stay with us all day, which give us much more time prospecting, not having to set up tent and gave us more flexibility on what areas we could prospect... We were working 12 to 14 hours a day depending on weather. We collected bedrock & soil sample we had a total of 6 days prospecting (June 11-June 16 2014). Figure 9. Shows the type of terrain in the area,
Results While prospecting during the winter on ski-doo, I collected 2 lake sediment samples, after drilling through four ft of solid ice, some places we had to drill several holes because, the ice was frozen to the bottom. 1 samples show elevated Au values. Sample LSPR-02-2015 with 9ppb Au, 10 ppb Pd. 42ppm Ni June results we took 53 soil 5 rocks over the claim area Only 1 sample show elevated Cu & Ni Sample- ELPRZ—39-2015 with 77ppm Co, 263ppm cu317ppm Ni. EM Lines was taken and the results are showing in the attached sheets. Specified Help
Due to our property being in remote area , it would not be wise to travel to the areas by yourself so we applied for specifed help as per the report so we could help each
other out on our properties.
Future plans
Results were very encouraging indicating that the property holds great potential for a significant ore body(s). We have had a site visit by 3 geologists from Anglo-American. While they are deferring a final decision on the property, there report is attached as Appendix Conclusion and Recommendation Find a partner to option the property and unlock it true potential. We are actively working in this direction.
