Advanced Product Design (APD) are the newest innovation in the traditional four barrel carburettor design. APD carbs are fully CNC machined for accuracy then hard anodized for durability and stunning looks. APD carbs have superior fuel metering that deliver maximum performance, sharp throttle response and consistency. APD carbs are available in 4150 square bore style from 600 to 1040 cfm and 4500 Dominator from 1050 to 1600 cfm. The APD “Max Speed” throttle stop carbs have dominated the Super Gas and Super Comp categories in the USA. APD carbs are available for pump and race gasoline, E85 as well as methanol. Custom carbs for twin tunnel ram, blower specific and Procharger “blow through” applications are available. All carbs can be built custom to your needs.

APD 4500 Series Billet Enforcer Drag Race Carburetors APD 4500 Series Billet Enforcer Drag Race Carburetors are one of drag racing’s newest and most poplular carburetors.APD’s Billet Enforcer Drag Race 4500 Series Carburetors feature a custom CNC machined billet main body and custom CNC machined booster design for maximum air flow and strong booster signal.CNC machined billet metering blocks allow precise metering, a uniform fuel curve and superior adjustability with both 2 and 3 circuit systems available. 4 Corner idle systems offer consistent fuel control at idle.APD Billet Enforcer Drag Race Carburetors also feature adjustable air bleeds, non stick gaskets, large head idle mixture screws and come with a custom hard coating anodized finish.“These features along with our billet metering blocks, Teflon coated large window sight glass bowls, screw on jet extensions and a notched float makes this what I believe to be the best value the carburetor industry has seen.”These parts being CNC machined from a billet allows us to make whatever changes necessary without having to work around casting limitations. The billet also adds strength eliminating warped or broken main bodies. The fully CNC machined main body is hard anodized after machining to eliminate any corrosion problems and makes for a good looking carburetor for years to come. The throttle shaft bushings are made from an oil impregnated bronze to make for smooth throttle transition and eliminating throttle sticking off idle.The standard 7-9/16 x 5-3/8 hood scoop tray mounting flange is integrated into the carburetor which eliminates the need to run a plate below the carburetor making for a much cleaner setup.Externally adjustable linkage is Teflon coated along with 304 stainless steel hardware making it strong and corrosion free.

APD 4150 Series Billet Enforcer Carburettor. These carbs are a true work of art and provide unmatched throttle response and efficiency. The entire carby is CNC machined from billet aircraft grade aluminium and anodized Black for durability. The Billet Enforcer street carbs come standard with primary power valve for cleaner cruising mixtures, the rear is plugged and secondary jet extensions are fitted to ensure fuel delivery under hard acceleration. The unique billet fuel bowls accept -8 ORB aircraft style fittings, they are not regular Holley ports. Enforcer Fuel Bowls APD’s Enforcer line of fuel bowls start life as a chunk of 6061-T6 aluminum and are fully machined in house here at APD. The Enforcer line features a high flow inlet and #8 O-ring threads which eliminates leaky metal gaskets of the past. We have improved the needle and seat to float geometry to increase needle and seat drop. Added fuel shelf’s in the bowl help to minimize slosh and fuel disruption. They come standard with a black hard anodized finish which eliminates corrosion and also feature and external o-ring drain plug. Accepts standard floats, needle and seats, and diaphragms.Gas, alcohol, and E85 versions are available.

Bottom Feed Anti-Foam Fuel Bowl APD’s patented bottom feed fuel bowl was designed with the assistance of former Pro Stock team owner/tuner Mike Sullivan. Our bowl starts out as a chunk of 6061-T6 aluminum and is fully CNC machined in house here at APD. Our state of the art design gets rid of all the foam and aeration inside the bowl. This makes for a more consistent fuel mixture being pulled through the jet which balances the fuel curve and equalizes cylinder distribution. In our float bowl we have also enclosed the vent to eliminate fuel slosh on acceleration and deceleration. The result of the minimized slosh is quicker 60 foot times in wide open applications, and much smoother transitions onto the throttle stop in super class applications.Gas, alcohol, and E85 versions are available. Accepts standard floats, needle and seats, and diaphragms.

Fuel System Drives & Mounting Pro series cnc steel mandrels include all necessary pulleys and shim kits. Available for big block and small block applications.APD offers a wide range of fuel pump mounting options. All fuel pump mounts come complete with drive belts to fit your application. Adjustable Fuel LogAPD custom CNC Adjustable Fuel Log fits 4150 or 4500 Series carburetors. They feature a -8AN fuel inlet, two standard Holley inlet fittings and a 3/8” NPT rear port for a diaphram style bypass regulator (APD part #6020), and / or a fuel pressure gauge fitting / sensor

Bypass Fuel RegulatorThe apd diaphragm bypass regulators are compact lightweight units designed to regulate fuel pressure when using an apd mechanical fuel pump #6100 or other aftermarket belt drive fuel pump. The apd regulators feature a black anodized finish, with 3/8 npt inlets, a #8 an o-ring outlet, and a 1/8” npt fuel pressure gauge port. Available in two or four port designs.Four port design uses all 8 oring inlet and oulet fittings.

Mechanical Fuel PumpsBelt Drive Fuel PumpAPD custom CNC designed belt drive fuel pumps come with an aluminum 28 tooth pulley. APD has designed this fuel pump with custom gears and wear plates, making this fuel pump the most effecient and reliable belt drive fuel pump in the industry. Pump includes fittings (-10AN inlet / -08AN outlet) and pulley, and features a black anodized finish. The APD belt drive fuel pump is compatible for gasoline or alcohol fuels and is recommended for use on engines up to 1200 horsepower.

Pro Boost Fuel PumpThis pump was designed around our ProCharged blow thru kits. Utilizes-12an inlet and -10an outlet. Capable of supporting 2500hp on methanol. Can also be used on high HP naturally aspirated engines along with roots blown supercharged combinations.

Internal Bypass Fuel PumpRequires only one line in and one line out to operate with no return line needed. The idle and high speed pressure are still separately adjustable with this new design. Uses the same high quality internals as our standard pump.

Black Widow SpacersThese racing carburetor spacers increase the air speed in the intake plenum and build horsepower! These Patented Oil Filter Assemblies allow the user to visually see oil pumping through the filter, which helps to determine the condition of the oil. When oil is not being pumped through the filter it can quickly drained using an air chuck for filling tires and compressed air. A hand bicycle pump will also work. After in depth research and development, the JRi Drag Race Development Team custom designed and built the highest performing shocks and struts on the market. JRi drag shocks feature several variations from its most popular & successful double adjustable to its high end air assisted 4-way adjustable shock. The 4-way adjustable shock offers high/low speed compression adjustment and high/low speed rebound adjustment available with air assisted rebound for tire control.

ICengineworks patented plastic blocks allows builders to quickly generate the tubular shapes and geometry required to test fitment, ease of fabrication and even set budgets for any project. The only requirements are that the engine is fitted in place with flanges and starter tubes and that exhaust collectors, or Collector Dummies are firmly secured in their final positon in the engine bay. Blocks are molded in ABS plastic and are available in kits in 5 different size kits: 1500 Series (1-12” OD), 1625 Series (1-58”OD), 1750 Series (1-3/4” OD) and 2000 series (2”OD).
