After that, he only used sou-nds that had an emotional content or were associated with a veryemotional experience e.g. a baby crying, any disaster where lots ofpeople died or where otherwise affected, sex, etc... He then took the-se sounds and disguised them, layering sounds on top of sounds sotheir origin could not De ascertained . He tban played the sounus/pi-eces at people see if they could feel that emotional content ofthe sounds.He's found that this only works some of the time,with.some people.For this Jerman says"! think that one has to be a goodlistener,not somecms who generally listens to music for entertain-ment purposes. "And addswI do not consider HAi-iUS TO works to bs mu-sical.They are sounds being used to impart information,yes,buttheir logic is not the logic of any musical system that I Know of..I guess it's up to the listener then".
