General Purpose Resignation Letter

I am writing in order to inform you of my resignation from customer care service. My last day of work will be effective 05/31/2011.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience and skills acquired during my stay at Convergys. I earned a great deal of skills and these will be of great value to me in my career.

I have been fortunate to be employed by Convergys, I have learned that putting customer first is of vital importance in today’s competitive environment. Please acknowledge this letter of resignation and I will do my best for a smooth hand over.
