Upon contract, we will be happy to provide a certificate of insurance if requested.RAIN pOLICY – Upon contract, we will provide a rain cut off time. As long as the client contacts us prior to the cut off time, we will be happy to reschedule your event. In the event that your equipment is no longer available on the new date, we will gladly substitute it for something of equal or greater value. Guaranteed rain dates are available at an additional 50% fee (rain insurance). Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to a future event within 1 year. If the client decides to cancel after we arrive to the event, payment will be due in full whether the equipment is used or unused. We are not responsible for weather or poor turnouts after the rain cut off time passes.SAfETY – Safety is our #1 priority. We make sure we have followed all steps to insure a safe event that everyone can enjoy. Our attendants are trained to install and operate our equipment. Please listen to them and follow their rules and instructions. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation in which we deem unsafe to operate equipment due to lightning, high winds, heavy rains, or other acts of nature beyond our control. If we cancel your reservation due to un-safe conditions, you may either reschedule your event or receive a full refund. Please refer to your rental agreement for additional policies.

A canopy tent is a tent that must be set up on grass or dirt. This tent system has center poles inside the tent and the side poles are usually ten feet apart around the outside perimeter. All corners and side leg poles require roping down onto a stake set in the grass or dirt. Corner poles require double staking and roping. Like Frame tents, Canopy Tents can be used with sidewalls, lights, heaters, and most other accessories.

A frame tent has no center poles and is constructed using a pipe system to place the tent top on, after construction. Frame tent’s have to be used when grass or dirt is not an option such as a decks, driveways, beach areas, patios or a general pavement area’s Frame tents rental cost is higher due the installation time and heavier duty material. This tent will provide more usable square feet and coverage closer to home or office buildings. Other uses for frame tents are when covering a dance floor area , connecting multiple tents together or when a tent is needed to be put up directly against a house or structure.
