eSilicon Vietnam is a chips developing and delivering company with its Corporate Headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA (www.esilicon.com).

It’s the largest independent semiconductor value chain producer (VCP), provides a comprehensive suite of ASIC and SoC design, productization and manufacturing services.

eSilicon are using Oracle EBS for many subsidiaries located in variety locations like America, China, Europe, and Vietnam.

Experience from their previous project of roll-out Oracle Financial to Vietnam by the global team, project got into some difficulties due to local requirements, therefore, for this time to implement Oracle HRMS to Vietnam, they decide to find a local partner in Vietnam to help their full fill local requirements of the project.
