Camtronics LLC is a neat, well run facility. All personnel were knowledgeable and cooperative. Preliminary inspections and shop work packages were found to be very comprehensive and thorough. The RSM and QM are extremely well constructed. The computer data system used for electronic data sharing within organization is very sophisticated and easy to navigate. The calibration and shelf life program are well maintained and effective. All required regulatory elements are present in a Quality System that is functional and robust. No significant discrepancies were found in the Quality system or the repair processes. The Quality System meets or exceeds all industry standards. Well done!

A Maintenance Repair and Overhaul quality system assessment was completed on 12/02/2010, including a review of any special capabilities necessary to perform post-delivery Maintenance, Repair or Overhaul services for Boeing. The results of the assessment indicate that your company has the facilities, equipment, personnel, and procedures capable of contract compliance for Component MRO services; therefore, your facility will be listed as approved for Boeing procurement of the following services: Component Repair. This office must be notified promptly of any subsequent change(s) in personnel with primary responsibility for the quality function within your company, or any changes to your air agency certificate(s) or its limitations issued by cognizant regulatory agencies. Boeing listing of your facility obligates you to permit entry of the assigned representative(s) to all areas and records required for audit/assessment purposes. This letter does not approve your facility for manufacturing under Boeing’s Production Certificate, fabricating replacement parts without permission, nor does it include or imply any authorization to perform the special processes controlled by Boeing Document D1-4426. Separate qualification and approval is required when Boeing specifies processes controlled by Document D1-4426. The retention of this approval is contingent upon continued compliance with contractual requirements. This approval does not constitute a waiver of any inspections, tests, or other requirements of the contract, nor does it guarantee acceptance of the contracted services performed.
