To approve order approving the reinstatement of Vicki Loud Glasco to a Clerk IIIposition in the Human Resources/Civil Service Department at a pay rate of$14.95 per hour with no additional back pay, and authorizing Ms. Glasco'svacation and sick leave accrual rates and medical benefits to be reinstatedimmediately per County policy.

To approve order authorizing the expenditure of $52,500 to extend the CivilCourts project management services provided by Force V Technologies for aperiod not to exceed three (3) months, with funding available from00195.0.8630.2004.92010 (Major Technology Fund, Civil Courts Project,FY 2004).

To approve order approving the proposed FY 2003 and FY 2004 Urban AreaSecurity Initiative Grant amended projects, and authorizing the Office of Securityand Emergency Management to request that the funds be reprogrammed to

. support the same from the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and DHSIOffice of Domestic Preparedness.

27. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving a renewal agreement with the Resource Center ofDallas (formerly Nelson Tobedo Community Health Center) for the provision ofhealth services delivery to persons with STD/HIV for the period from January 18,2005 through December 31,2005, and authorizing the County Judge to sign saidagreement on behalf of Dallas County.

28. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving an interlocal agreement between Dallas County, onbehalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the TexasCosmetology Commission (TCC) for specimen testing to detect the presence ofmycobacteria, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents onbehalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving an agreement between Methodist Charlton MedicalCenter (MCMC) and Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and HumanServices, to provide a clinical setting in the field of public health for second-yearResidents of the MCMC Family Practice Residency Program for the period fromJanuary 18, 2005 through December 31, 2005, and authorizing the CountyJudge to sign said agreement on behalf of Dallas County.

30. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving Attachment #05 (HlV - HOPWA), in the amount of$55,033, to the contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHSDocument No. 7560009056 2006) and the Administrative Agency budget aspresented, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents onbehalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving the award of FY 2003-2004 HOPWA 2002 funds,in the amount of $11,862.09, to P.W.A. Coalition of Dallas, Inc., d/b/a AIDSServices of Dallas, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contractamendment on behalf of Dallas County.

To approve order amending Court Order No. 2003-987 (6/3/03) to correct thefunding designation to Fund 430.0.08010.2004.0.70132 (Parking Garage,Engineering, Year 2004, Parking Garage) for payment of Dallas County's shareof the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Dallas County, City of Dallas,Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), and the North Central Texas Council ofGovernments (NCTCOG) for the development of a comprehensive transportationplan for the Central Business District.
