To approve order approving the reinstatement of Vicki Loud Glasco to a Clerk IIIposition in the Human Resources/Civil Service Department at a pay rate of$14.95 per hour with no additional back pay, and authorizing Ms. Glasco'svacation and sick leave accrual rates and medical benefits to be reinstatedimmediately per County policy.

To approve order approving the exception to the hiring policy to allow the reemployment of Paul Lehmann as a Sheriff's Deputy, effective immediately, at asalary consistent with current policy and with no back pay.

To approve order authorizing the expenditure of $52,500 to extend the CivilCourts project management services provided by Force V Technologies for aperiod not to exceed three (3) months, with funding available from00195.0.8630.2004.92010 (Major Technology Fund, Civil Courts Project,FY 2004).

To approve order approving a renewal agreement with the Resource Center ofDallas (formerly Nelson Tobedo Community Health Center) for the provision ofhealth services delivery to persons with STD/HIV for the period from January 18,2005 through December 31,2005, and authorizing the County Judge to sign saidagreement on behalf of Dallas County.

28. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving an interlocal agreement between Dallas County, onbehalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the TexasCosmetology Commission (TCC) for specimen testing to detect the presence ofmycobacteria, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents onbehalf of Dallas County.


29. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving an agreement between Methodist Charlton MedicalCenter (MCMC) and Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and HumanServices, to provide a clinical setting in the field of public health for second-yearResidents of the MCMC Family Practice Residency Program for the period fromJanuary 18, 2005 through December 31, 2005, and authorizing the CountyJudge to sign said agreement on behalf of Dallas County.

30. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving Attachment #05 (HlV - HOPWA), in the amount of$55,033, to the contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHSDocument No. 7560009056 2006) and the Administrative Agency budget aspresented, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents onbehalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving the award of FY 2003-2004 HOPWA 2002 funds,in the amount of $11,862.09, to P.W.A. Coalition of Dallas, Inc., d/b/a AIDSServices of Dallas, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contractamendment on behalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving the request from Legacy Counseling Center, Inc. tomodify their Housing Facility Operations budget and shift FY 2004-2005 HOPWA2003 funds of $9,123 in line item object class categories as presented, andauthorizing the County Judge to sign the contract amendment on b~half of DallasCounty.

To approve order rendering Bearing Point as the finalist and best offeror for RFPNo. 2004-064-1485 (Recording, Indexing and Imaging System for the DallasCounty Clerk) and authorizing the County, through designated persons, to enterinto contract negotiations with Bearing Point and present, at a later date, a finalagreement to the Commissioners Court for formal approval/execution.

To approve order authorizing the award of Bid No. 2004-095-1519 (AnnualContract for Law Enforcement Uniforms) to specified vendors as primary andsecondary suppliers for listed items for the period from January 29, 2005 throughJanuary 28, 2006.

To approve order approving Change Order No. 10, in a decreased amount of$466,628.00, to the contract with Haws & Tingle, Ltd., for the Dallas CountyCivil Courts - George L. Allen, Sr. Courts Building Addition and Renovation, andauthorizing the County Judge to execute all related documents on behalf of DallasCounty.

43. COURT ORDER:

To approve order amending Court Order No. 2003-987 (6/3/03) to correct thefunding designation to Fund 430.0.08010.2004.0.70132 (Parking Garage,Engineering, Year 2004, Parking Garage) for payment of Dallas County's shareof the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Dallas County, City of Dallas,Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), and the North Central Texas Council ofGovernments (NCTCOG) for the development of a comprehensive transportationplan for the Central Business District.

44. COURT ORDER:

To approve order directing staff to prepare requests for qualifications for variousenergy savings performance contracts in accordance with the proposed guidelinesand in compliance with the requirements of Chapter 302 of the Local GovernmentCode.
